I called to place an order and they hung up on me. Worst phone service I've ever had. I would not recommend this franchise or the store to anyone!
food was good and she delivery was fairly fast but i waS charged the wrong amount and am still waitin on a refund
The manager and employees at the store located at this address (1772 W Sunset Ave #2-A, Springdale, AR 72762) will steal money from you by filling in the tip amount with what they want and when confronted they tell you oh well.....will be filing a report for theft
Horrible service. Waited over an hour for delivery after I received a notification it was out delivery and I lived 1.6 miles from this store. I ask for a refund since the food, pizza and 2 orders of wings was not going to be hot and was told I had to speak to corporate. They transferred my call to corporate and the man who answered said I had to ask the store for a refund. I told him I did not want to hold again and the store was who said I had to speak to corporate. He said he could not help me I asked to speak to his supervisor And he said I am a supervisor. I asked to speak with his supervisor And he told me they would tell me the same thing then hung up on me.
I treated my girl to dinner even though I couldn't really afford it at the time ,Food was good alil greasy , timing was good less than an hour but I order no contact delivery and because I didn't have enough to tip donald the delivery driver pounded on my door and all he said when I answered was (what no tip ?) In a dark voice , someone needs to teach donald what NO CONTACT DELIVERY means , or maybe next time I'll just let my sheppard give him a tip , I was a delivery driver I know how it is but sometimes ppl aren't going to tip weather it be because we are poor or cause ppl are cheap but what won't help that is pounding on pls doors
I understand that the road conditions are not feasible to travel, then close, when I told them I would have given the driver $100 tip to come, the lady on the phone said ok cool and hung up!!
My pizza crust was super hard. To me that is one of the more enjoyable parts, but was not good at all.
Food was 20 mins late and I had to walk out to the rode and down to my neighbor to get my food. I called and was put on hold for 10 mins.
The pizza that was half cheese and pepperoni, there was only pepperoni on the edges, no pepperoni down the half that was suppose to pepperoni on it. The other pizza should have the ingredients distributed evenly, instead of bunched in the center.
We were really hungry and the pizza tasted great! Also the delivery was made very promptly. Great service!
