There is always something going on at this place.I ordered on the app they call me say they are out of white rice because they are close to closing i understand so i pick something else. They call back and say they are are completely out of beef and broccoli i only like three things from this place (sorry I’m a picky eater) so i ask them to cancel my order. The guy apologizes and says he can have beef and broccoli made but it may take a bit I don’t want to be a bother for the delivery person or the kitchen staff since they are about to close i ask him what time they close he says 9:30 i look at the time and it’s 4 mins until 9:30 i say no cancel my order. I then look online and there closing time isn’t until 10pOther times they ran out of things i understand because i worked at restaurant before but i mean not as much as this place. They are always out of something. I don’t understand. I love panda but it’s always something with this place.
Food was not very good, and the price was not fair. Lady couldn't understand me. 30$ for 1 adult and 1 kid

This is high quality Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki and the Kung Pow Chicken (careful, it’s a little spicy but not overly). They have a good variety of side dishes, not just fried rice. (Steamed rice, brown rice, noodles). I recommend using the app and ordering before you arrive for the fastest service.
we never have a bad experience with panda until today. I got a plate with beef and broccoli and the new wok fire shrimp. I get home and I have 1 that's right 1 piece of beef with my broccoli! Omg are you serious!! Highly disappointed as a customer and as a highly recommender of PANDA! So next time I come thru I hope my issues is resolved!
Doesn't close for 30 minutes but they won't answer the drive thru and locked the door saying we're closed. I will be taking my business elsewhere
I really like Panda Express, so I can't anything below a 3. But this specific Panda has let me down numerous times. It was the closest Panda to my house for a long time, so I would stop by on the way home from work, but the food was almost always subpar compared to other PE locations. The rice and noodles taste undercooked, and the greens flavor feels bland and also undercooked. The chicken was good, but it felt like there was effort put into making the food overall than what I've experience at other locations. I would recommend driving the extra distance to the Panda in Rogers Pinnacle Hills if possible.
Ordered here from Grubhub and had an issue with not receiving my whole order. Talked with grubhub and they were able to patch things up, chatted with the driver too and he was able to bring us back the missing items. The driver kept telling me though that the employees here kept telling him that they made sure everything was in the bag. That is like calling me a liar. Our order was placed a bit over an hour ago of me writing this review. You can go and watch the cameras and see that you missed our items, I am not a liar, you guys need better employees that actually pay attention to what they are doing. Instead of saying you are sure everything was in the bag, why not just apologize and fix it or go ask your manger to view the cameras so they can see you made a mistake,
Of the NWA panda locations this one is the best for quality and menu completion... However as a chain they're constantly out 9f stock on things such as napkins, silverware, soy sauce ect.... There needs to be a management change in NWA.... Especially with the Fayetteville store... Its horrible
Good food,good customer service...,easty to get to from interstate,easy to get back on interstate... We stop here a few times a year while traveling thru the area
