Very very slow on a Sunday evening. I guess they have a bunch of new people training? Not sure why it took them 5 plus minutes to take my order while sitting at the speaker and the asked to pull up to a waiting spot for two Mcdoubles and a small fry and then because they don't give you ketchup I had to wait another 5 minutes. We would have left but my brother hadn't eaten all day and he was craving McDonald's. Skip this one and hit up the next McDonald's down the road.
Food was as expected, good. Cheaper than I expected.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to get a $1 large fry with their app. The app itself was working just fine, I redeemed the code and gave it to them. They said "it says you've already redeemed this offer. There's nothing we can do about it" and just walked away. Very disappointed.
This location is pretty good. Food is prepared appropriately, but dining room could be a bit cleaner.
It's McDonald's. LOL they're lol all pretty good, and all pretty similar. An outlier franchise is the exception to the rule.
This place is a pig pen, mens room was filthy,toilet was full of feces, plugged, urinal was full of I don't know what it and had a bucket under it, tables and floor were dirty, can't imagine what the kitchen looked like, might want to steer clear of that location!
The food was good and correct. The staff was pleasant but the girl who took our order didn't do a very good job. She didn't know how to do the app coupons or how to do two separate orders. The 2nd window wasn't any better. That's location needs to train their people better.
I ordered the $12 shareable meal consisting of 4 cheeseburgers, 20 pieces chicken nuggets and a basket of fries. HALF of my order came!! I was missing 2 cheeseburgers and the basket of fries. Usually I'm not someone to write a negative review but this isn't this first time this has happened to me at this McDonald's. On the receipt stuck to the bag it clearly says. 4 cheeseburgers, 20 piece and a basket of fries. I'm so disappointed.
Floors were greasy, which could cause fall. You are knocked down by grease trap smell all the way to front door. Someone has been mopping front lobby with kitchen mop.
Let's see we're do I start. Me and my husband come in we're hungry we are completely ignored nobody asks if we want anything.there are 4 people working there kids of course.they we're helping these people but it doesn't take 3 people to wait on these people a group of 4. Not even to say to us I'm sorry will be right here to take your order.this is no kind of customer service.i worked in customer service before and this is not the way you treat your customers.another person also walked out.can you train your employees how to take care of there customers? I will not be going back there.i have told several people about my experience as this was horrible.
