Want Thank this McDonald’s on July 26,2022 they gave me my large Diet Dr Pepper free. They also was cleaning the Drive-through windows. This was a little before 5:00 a.m. there was a Vehicle ahead of us and I feel so sorry for the person he was elderly and very sick. I will be praying for the little gentleman in the green van. But this McDonald’s I will say every morning they’re always cleaning.
Ordered a couple cheeseburgers with only pickle and onion. Simple. Took it back 2x and still it was wrong. Seriously?
I was treated rudely by who ever was running the drive thru this morning but went inside and this lady ( I hear she goes by OA) was so sweet to me. She is a real people person!! Thank you OA for making my morning good!
The people there were VERY rude and there was hair in my food. I mean a handful of hair. They were missing a lot of my order. Definitely not going back there.
I sat in line for quite a while, and when I finally got up to the drive-thru speaker I said 'Sweet Tea with a little ice'. They read back to me "Sweet tea with light ice, anything else?" I said that's it and they gave me the price and I pulled forward. I got to the first window, they said "Sweet tea?" I said yes, handed them my card, got my receipt, pulled forward. Next employee was leaning out the window, said "Sweet tea?" I said yes, took the drink, set it down and drove home.Now imagine my surprise when I take my sweet tea with light ice home, and find that it has somehow magically transformed into a coke with full ice.I get normal mistakes like forgetting the pickles or not seeing that an order says no onions. But don't soda and tea come from two entirely different machines? And it even had full ice in it instead of light ice as ordered.
They need to hire more people for night shift. Every time I go there at night, no matter if it's a weekend or weeknight, it takes at minimum 30-45 minutes to order because they are so backed up. I once waited for 15 minutes, just sitting at the stall, waiting on him to take my order. Often times, the man taking the order is also the cashier and having to run to the kitchen to cook or bag orders. He works way too hard and he deserves a raise for all his efforts. No blame on him as it seems to be unnoticed by the corporate office.
Amazing, one of the best McDonald's in the area. The only issue I have is that they don't have ice cream. Everything else is perfect. But they don't have ice cream, that's crazy in the summer too.
Fast friendly service, gets order right every time. Really nice young people and older people that work there I love the place and it's a decent price! Mr Marion Wright
I just paid $55 here and they are the most unprofessional place I have ever seen, the guy first call s me a liar when I told him he needed to give me three more large cups cuz I paid for 4, and then my hamburger was pink and I took it bk in there an they fixed it but it was even pinker, I will never come back to this McDonald's and I hope other people start seeing they don't know how to take care of their customers the right way! They are overall horrible horrible
Worst place to eat at! Very nasty and dirty lobby , they hardly EVER clean anywhere after 5pm. It's always dirty. Trash everywhere. Very gross place to eat at. Also Today I so happened to stop by and buy my kids a cheeseburger but they wanted to play at the playplace so i stayed a while . My daughter went to get what seemed to be a napkin and then she slipped and got hurt on her legs and hips real bad because the lobby was WET WITH A HUGE PUDDLE OF COCA-COLA. I TOLD THE MANAGER AND CREW MEMBERS TO PLEASE CLEAN UP THE PUDDLE OF COKE THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR BUT DIDN'T WANT TO CLEAN UNTIL AFTER I TOLD THEM TO PLEASE CLEAN THE LOBBY FOR LIKE THE THIRD TIME. SOME CREW MEMBERS AT THAT MCDONALD'S WERE MAKING FUN OF MY DAUGHTER WHO IS ONLY FIVE YEARS OLD AND HAS A FOOT DISABILITY , RIGHT AFTER SHE GOT HURT FOR SLIPPING. THE EMPLOYEES AT MCDONALD'S ARE VERY VERY RUDE AND LAZY AND TAKE A LONG TIME TO HELP OUT ON KIOSK OR FRONT REGISTER. MCDONALD'S AT THOMPSON ST. IN SPRINGDALE IS THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT TO STOP BY TOO. I WOULD RATE THIS RESTAURANT ZERO STARS IF I COULD?????
