Store is run by highschool kids with no ambition or sense of service to their patrons. The only reason I am generous enough to dive 2 stars is because their prices are so cheap.
Terrible ordering 2 pizzas was told it would be 20 mins 56 mins later I am trying to go in a pay no one on the parking lot the girls laughed and locked the door and walked away I walked to drive tru and there was a guy talking with is friends that had the drive tru blocked and it is only 8:14 pm this is ridiculous
Hit or miss on this pizza place. The first time we ate here, my deep dish pizza was incredible, but my boyfriend's regular crust pizza was terrible. I came again a week later and my deep dish pepperoni was so horrible and not edible. It's a game of luck if you choose to spend your money here ??
Went here for lunch employee had headphones in and said “sorry I can’t hear you” yeah maybe if you take the noise canceling air pods out your ear you’d be able to take my order properly
Terrible service!! They should just close the drive through! Tried to use it three times in a month and they always say it'll take 30-45 mins an order of 2 cheese pizza's. Used to come here a lot, not no more!!
Their service is slow. Online pickup orders are rarely ready at the time that they state they will be, and when you ask for a refund so that you can go elsewhere they also make that difficult. The quality of the food is lower than other Little Caesars locations I’ve visited.
Always wrong orders, yesterday I paid for 3 extra cheese and pepperoni pizzas, got home and I got regular pizzas instead, I dont like the regular one because is super thin and low amount of cheese that's why I always ask and pay extra cheese
Got the wrong order .Went inside just to make sure it was ordered right. then got home tryed to call back to tell my order was wrong. I gave up waiting called and called and ate the pizza. Not Happy. And the store employee's didn't look friendly. Parking lot looks like the wrong side of town and I wanted to hurry and leave waiting in parking lot for a long time to get wrong pizza's only ordered a fresh one topping peperroni and hamburger left with grease filled cold pizza no napkins cheese pepper pack. Bad
Disgusting. Workers not wearing gloves and picking their noses and touching food. Gave us a raw pizza and then tried to argue we would complain over a new one saying it was burnt but they are making us one he didn't want too. Will never go back
I called around 9:10pm and they close at 10pm. I asked if I could order some wings and the girl said let me see if we have any. I asked if I could have wings fresh and she was a little rude saying "umm I'm not making wings fresh right now, I just cleaned the wings pan."I asked if they weren't able to make wings past 9 and she said they were she just didn't want to clean the pans.Needless to say I went to Domino's.
