This place is horrible... needs better staffing , someone who can run a restaurant.... got the Nashville hot No pickles, chicken was almost burnt and hardly any seasoning.. sad deal #KFC
I ordered through the mobile app. Selected extra crispy. Apparently they did not have enough and had already shut the fryers down 2 hours before closing. Took almost an hour to get my order. Next time I will just go to Popeyes. The incompetent staff at this location is something else. Can't believe this location is still open.
I’ll never go back to this KFC. I order 3 pc tender fill up Chicken was cold french fries were cold they did not give me my KFC dipping sauce. KFC has just gone downhill. Just my opinion they could shut the KFC down. I should’ve just went to Popeyes
The biscuits weren't all the way cooked . Cole slaw was very dry . The chicken was greasy , I mean saturated in old grease and tasted like onions and garlic . It tasted like someone's breath smells when they are sick ??? I. I couldn't get past two bites and spit those out & the mashed potatoes had that same awful taste as the chicken .I just hope I don't get food poisoning over this .. You guys have gone down hill . The last time we went here the green beans had hair in it , the chicken had hair in it . No body wears hair nets anymore . Why is that . We threw away our whole $20 order . I don't even want a coupon for another meal . I don't want my money back . I just won't go back here again
Food was horrible. Mac and cheese was burned and old. Probably had been setting there for hours. The girl at the window had a bad attitude. No white meat chicken available in original recipe. Will not go back!
I order 3 Nashville hot chicken little and they had no sauce and no pickles. Also my Nashville hot meal had no pickles. This isn't the first time this KFC failed me but it will be the last time I ever go to that location.
Loved the food! Loved the customer service!If a business is out of an item due to a distributor not providing it please stop being mean to the workers! They can't help it. Don't like it please by all means fry your own damn chicken.
Paid almost $40 to get raw chicken and batter coming off the chicken when I was told it was fresh. Manager didn't want to give refund due to their cashier not giving me my receipt. You cook with a timer!!! HOOOWWWW can you STILL mess up food. Smh!!
Don't go here for evening service. I don't know about the day crew but at night it's just a bunch of teenagers not being managed. They are rude and very unprofessional. Took 10 minutes to place an order at the drive thru even tho I was the only car on the lot. Got home and was missing a large side item. Tried to call over and over but the refuse to answer. Will be reporting then to corporate ( not sure that will do anything). Seems KFC has gone down hill the last couple of years.
AVOID / Do not pay online!ordered online takeout for weekend family event with the large family pack three weeks ago.Upon arrival was told they were completely out of chicken and would have to request a refund myself.Went through the process to request a refund and after several attempts have given up.. please learn from my mistake and never order online / go with Popeyes.There was nothing staff at this location could do, and it is understandable the supply chain issues.Corporate should have refunded me in full / made things right or at least contact me but none of this was done. NEVER PAY ONLINE!
