These folks would benefit from a training in customer service. I know that places are short handed but when are we going to stop using that as an excuse for being rude to people? The young lady at the window and the one taking our order were both very rude.
Love the burgers and fries. Always nice to know what you will be getting. The service was friendly and quick. Our orders as usual were hot, fresh and correct. Restaurant was well taken care of and bathrooms were clean
Extremely horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service!!!!! Employees can not follow directions and refuse to listen to customers!!!! Will be telling all friends and family not to eat at the Siloam springs location!!!!
To be honest the food serves is great the food is amazing its cooked fresh so there can hopefully be no complaints with the customers it honestly a great place to work there are friendly workers it gets hard at times but it's worth it all on the end

Burgers, are ok burgers. Fries and onion rings are good. Custard is amazing, the treat menu is absolutely delicious. They're clean, curt, and that wraps it up.
