Understaffed, just like most restaurants these days. Went here for lunch with 1 other person. There was only 1 other table of 2 there at the time. It took nearly 15 minutes to order drinks. Took another 20 or so for food to arrive. Staff was not very attentive or helpful, and seemed to be running around aimlessly. Kept giving excuses of being under new management. As a patron, I don't care what's going on behind the scenes. I just want a decent experience... Didn't get one (even with my low expectations), will not be returning
Your employee Rhyse Gilbert is having his sisters write bad reviews on the firehouse reviews i’m guessing it’s because he quit bc him and his mommy didn’t get there way, anyways i would suggest you tell them to stop or the freddy’s rating will plummet like you’ve never seen it do.
A few weeks ago I swung through the drive thru for a quick lunch. After nearly getting home, I noticed they forgot part of my order. No biggie. I called and a manager was quick to respond and told me he'd have the item and some coupons ready for me. I went back and picked up the item and coupons and went on my happy way.Unfortunately, once I got home I realized my burger had onions - which I specifically requested to be omitted due to an allergy. I called and spoke to a different manager who was extremely rude. He asked for my address then said "I'm mailing you a comp card" and hung up on me.I was appalled by the manager's behavior, but decided a free meal would make up for his attitude and the loss of the meal I paid for.It's been 3 weeks and I never received anything from them. Appalling customer service.
Ordered through doordash; three burgers, large fry, cheese curds. Didn't receive the fries, the melt isn't much to my desired taste of a patty melt. Maybe I went on a limb for a quick eat and didn't fancy it.
Getting to be a fast food favorite for me. Tasty steak burgers. Thin french fries. Great custard. Fair prices. Will return.

This is a solid Freddy's. The staff were friendly, food was good, and the place was clean. No complaints.
We immediately got nauseated after we ate our burgers. My wife only ate half of hers and I ate all of mine. An hour later, I threw mine up! My wife’s was a double bacon cheeseburger. Mine was a double with jalapeño cheese, no bacon. These burgers were the only thing we ate today! We ordered a #2 and a #5.
As always this Freddy's doesn't let you down extremely good service cleanliness food thumbs up good job
The floors were slippery with a greasy coating. The burger was not cooked all the way through either. However, they fixed the burger for me very kindly and gave us a couple of cards for a free meal. The lady who did that was very very nice but the guy who took our order to begin with was very rushy and unfriendly.
