I ordered a hook and ladder sandwich, but that's not what I got. When I got back to my office and opened my meal, I found I was given someone else's sandwich. I understand it happens, but when your meal is almost $14 it's frustrating to not have what you ordered.

Great sandwiches, but I miss All the hot sauce choices. Wait time was pretty long, but they did make it fresh and it tasted great.

Had passed this place several times and finally decided to go in and grab some lunch for the family. We had soup, salad, and a sandwich... every bite was eaten and everybody was full! Won't be passing this place again!
Very quick service, correct sandwich the first time, polite staff. And I was there around 12:30 for lunch. I didn't get the signature "Welcome to Firehouse" greeting though.
I met the owner on the street. I was invited to try their meatball sub, since Jersey Mike’s no longer serves them. I had never been to a Firehouse before. EXCELLENT!Loved the marinara flavor to go with the meatball. Also tried the chili for me, Mac & Cheese for my wife. She loved hers; Mine? I thought Wendy’s had good chili.Firehouse chili had awesome flavor and just the right “heat” to it. They will see us again - SOON!!!?
Great sandwich and fast service. I recommend the Italian sub but everything on the menu is excellent.
