Worst Dairy Queen in Arkansas. Pay for extra 2 times still get none , apparently it's too difficult to blend the blizzard to the bottom of the large cup. They have zero pride in their customer service or quality of their occupational production. Waste of money. Do not go here.
First time eating at a Dairy Queen, and it'll be the last. I didn't get a picture of the meal my fiance ordered. Not sure what sauce goes on this but wasn't enough to taste it. I would've asked for more but the cashier was already irritated with us for ordering chili cheese fries with onion and asking what comes on the fire burger. We got his fries and no onion and she said to us they are on the bottom. We looked, no onion, so she grabbed some in a small cup, dropped it on the table as she walked by, and said here ya go.
The past few times I've been here have been awful experiences. Cold food, constantly out of nearly everything, incorrect orders, slow service,, and a dining area that is always poorly maintained. I hope this store can get its act together because it used to be good service.
Drive thru service horrible.they gave me the 2 blizzards and have me pull up, Long wait time for food 28 minutes. When food was brought out order was short because they ran out they said sorry. Meanwhile the blizzards have melted and I tell her this she said let me have it all back and it will be a long time before they can refund my order because their busy! At this point I'm frustrated and leave. Called back when I arrived home, asked to talk to manager she informed me they didn't have one on duty call back tomorrow. That's the second time I've paid for something I didn't get at this location. It's worth the drive to Lowell dairy Queen if you want your complete meal!!

A really impressive experience. This was my family’s first time dining at a DQ restaurant. We went because my eight year old chose it for her birthday. She was so happy with her decision. Her experience there was the best ever. And I also would like to give compliments to Jacque. I really enjoyed the hot and fresh food that was provided to my family and the friendly customer service was excellent.??
Picked up birthday treats. Very clean inside and staff was so nice.
