Food was 5 stars and service was five stars.. I have 0 complaints... Food was hot and fresh, service was fast, especially for how busy they were, they were slammed and I got my drinks and food in a very timely fashion... First restaurant I have been to in 2 years since, and during the pandemic, that I can give this much credit too... Cracker Barrel, Springdale, AR! What ever system you have going on change nothing! Thanks for the great service and food.
Ya know. I do like Cracker Barrel in general. I think their open kitchen concept needs rethinking. Instead of a nice homey feeling, the noise from the kitchen seems to have a subliminal affect on the patrons that they need to talk louder. This makes and made the whole experience like that of a short order diner. It was not pleasant.
You can always count on the employees of this location to be friendly and helpful. Our server was excellent, and the store portion of Cracker Barrel was fun to look through after our meal. I especially liked the sale they had on their large wood wick candles, like $10 off!
My food was great my waitress Brianne was awesome, However I was out with my elderly mother showing her the little gift shop that she's never been in before and automatically had a manager followed me around. So I hope that she sees this and understands that yes I am fully tattooed but I'm also a multiple business owner , A home owner, And I was planning on buying my mother something nice from the gift store. But as soon as she followed me pretending to buy deodorant when I asked her how she was doing I decided I wasn't going to spend my money in the gift shop today. Be careful when judging someone YOUNG LADY, you never know who it is your judging.
The food was good for a large chain no better no worse than any other Cracker Barrel. What set this visit apart from all the others was the awful service, and the attitude of the staff. The store wasn't very busy but more than once we had to go and find staff to get refills despite trying to get there attention repeatedly. The hole of the staff seemed to be ignoring us. I did talk to the manager about the service and his attitude wasn't any better. He did at least give us our ticket so we could leave. I can score this no higher than a three because of the lack of service. I can also say that it was unusual for this store as we have never had this kind of experience there. All in all this is usually a good store, but last night brought it down to three stars.
I love Cracker Barrel but this visit wasn’t the pleasurable experience I had hoped for.I blame myself because I should have known better than to order breakfast dish at 7pm in the evening but hindsight doesn’t fill one’s tummy.I was shown to a table and I decided I wanted breakfast. It’s my favorite part of their menu. I ordered their Country Boy breakfast. Eggs over medium and a sirloin steak to also prepared medium.My waitress Madeline (Fantastic waitress by the way) brought me my meal and asked me to cut open the steak to see if it was done. The amount of blood on the plate worried her about if it was cooked correctly. As we cut into the meat we could see if was raw. She took it back to the kitchen.I sat there and ate my eggs which were over hard, not medium as I asked for and the remaining parts of the meal.When my steak came out it was now over cooked to the point it couldn’t be chewed. What I could taste of the sirloin it was terrible. It it was to the point I couldn’t eat it.Hopefully next time my visit will be better.
We were told 45min wait witch with a concert in town all restaurants would have wait times but they got us seated in less than 15min. Great breakfast food served all day fun country souvenir store to shop in while waiting to be seated and good service even when they are extremely busy family friendly

Everytime I eat here, some part of my food is COLD. I think they serve it on the plate and then it just sits there until all the other plates are ready to be brought out to the table. The food is usually good, but I would like to eat it hot & fresh. You guys charge too much to be serving people COLD FOOD.
