Braums is amazing, but this location is awful in terms of service. The girl at the window asked us to pull forward when we were the only customers in line, and when we pulled forward I saw her clearly making less than appropriate gestures through the window and waving at us with her arms. When she brought our food out she was fairly aggressive and nobody there will answer the phone after the fact to address the issue. Not sure if management was present today but I wouldn’t want somebody working at the window who is rude to customers, completely unprompted. Everyone has tough days, and the service industry is awful to its workers, but this person was taking out some misdirected aggression on two completely unrelated people just purchasing food in a drive thru.
Got a breakfast sandwich here. Biscuit was very dry and didn't taste fresh. Top half with cheese was hot, bottom half with sausage was not warm enough. My coffee wasn't even stirred, all the sugar was at the bottom.
#3 chili fries chocolate shake. Fast friendly and hooked up the chili fries.
I ordered a 2 scoop in a cup. It was barely ONE scoop. We always get banana splits at drive thru. Sometimes perfect, sometimes very skimpy!! No consistency in how they are prepared.
Awesome as usual. I got a strawberry mix smothered in strawberries. My wife did as well, and I ended up finishing her mix too. She was too full after a junior cheeseburger and fries from the 'Bag of Burgers' special going on right now.
Average store. Been to better ones. Short staffed, but had hiring sign, so it shows.

Pleasant staff. Food was prepped quickly. Chicken sandwich and hamburger were good, and we particularly enjoyed the fries. I was SO happy they had butter brickle ice cream as it's rarely available. Our shakes were thick and tasty as expected. Wish they had stores closer to home!
