Went here after my 7 year old son lost his early morning baseball game. They were so nice and patient with him as he picked out his waffle toppings. He loved his waffle and my avocado BLT was delicious!
Bites and Bowls’ food is consistently delicious! I was introduced to this restaurant last August and have visited multiple times since. I recommend them to friends and family because I know the food and service will be great!
We were traveling through the area and just picked a random place to eat. What an amazing surprise. It is a small spot, but the flavors were huge. They had real food, not processed pre-packaged junk. I ordered the meat lover waffle (taking a chance on something new) it was absolutely amazing. All of us loved our meals. I will make a point to travel through that was again to stop in.
I come here with my boyfriend all the time and the food they present is always eye-catching and delicious! This place is a great brunch spot and offers many gluten friendly meals! Awesome customer service and amazing staff!

This place is great! I love it the food is immaculate. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends. Place has great dishes and a variety to order from. The chipotle sandwich here is above and beyond!

I would give it 10 stars if I could! I love this place the food is great,beverages, atmosphere and most importantly the owners are so nice. The savory waffles are my favorite and something I haven’t seen any other place in NWA have. I also like the yogurt with fruit. It is a small location but they’ve done a great job at making it look appealing. This is a small business so hours aren’t your “typical hours”That’s never stopped me though from making time to order from here ? a Springdale Gem for sure
Absolutely delicious and very filling. The meat waffle with the creamy sauce was amazing and a nice change from what we usually eat. Good music and a comfy atmosphere for my wife and our baby girl.
