The last time we ate there the food was good and the margaritas decent … so we came back ….big mistake! We both had the enchiladas suizas. The food was brought out cold, the melted cheese on top already hardened; the chicken was just boiled in water with no seasoning whatsoever and stuck in a tortilla. Advertised sour cream non-existent. Absolutely tasteless, horrible meal. Then the margaritas …..Ayyy Chihuahua ! I’ve had better in a can from the grocery store. Last time, decent size glass, decent flavor. This time brought out in a shot glass the manager claimed was the same size, but it was only half full in a glass about 3” tall … definitely not the claimed 12oz. Mine - $7.99, my fiancé’s strawberry - $10.99, hers tasted just ok. The bill for this staggeringly poor example of a Mexican dinner - $75.00 The manager didn’t offer any reduction for our obvious dissatisfaction and offered only lame excuse, something an inexperienced 13 year old might come up with. Never again in this lifetime …
Best salsa!! Great value!! Delicious food!! Super experience!! Would definitely recommend. You will need a doggie bag
Excellent food and great service
The food was good the service was as good as any place else you have to have patience cause people don't want to work anymore so if its slow be nice give your waiter a chance
Went with a group of friends for dinner. The interior was nice. I ordered the carnitas tacos which came with rice and beans. The tacos had lots of meat which was nice and tender. The salsa was my favorite! I am normally a dipper and not a scooper when it comes to salsa, but their salsa was so good, it turned me into a scooper. Good meal and I will definitely go back.***Not the best pic but I didn't think to take one until after I had already eaten 2 of the tacos. Also...they do come with onions and cilantro but I omitted them because I don't like them.
The quick review is: one of my favorite Mexican food places around. The longer review:It's a fairly large restaurant with lots of seating, so getting in generally isn't an issue unless someone is having an event there. I've enjoyed everything I've tried so far, but the fajitas are still my favorite. The flavor is on point, and there is a variety of choices. The parking is the only downside, but that's because they are in an odd shaped lot. Service has been quick, and we don't have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for the food. For me, the important part is that the food tastes good and so far has consistent quality. I haven't yet been disappointed in a dish that felt like I was getting something that was overcooked or dried out under a lamp. It's not a place that specializes in any one type of dish, but it does well overall. Add on to that the prompt seating and service and it's an easy place to recommend.
We’re new the area my husband and I thought we would try it last night. Service was awful and food was just ok. Wont go back and wish I had my $45.00 back.
Absolutely loves the food and service. Everything came out in good time and was really hot. The cheese dip you see in the picture is a small!! I couldn’t believe how big it was for a small. I got the beef fajitas and my fiancé got the Carnitas. The fajitas were very flavorful and tender and the carnitas were as well.
Watched the bartender pour one shot for our two drinks. $8.99 for a premium drink is to much for half a drink. Was my favorite Mexican place but will never go again. Food is great but I never get screwed twice!
Probably the best upscale Mexican restaurant in the area. Have yet to have a menu item I didn't like. Tacos and enchiladas in particular are very good. As other reviews have mentioned the hot salsa is incredibly good, even if you don't usually like hot stuff I'd recommend giving it a try because it's just that good. As the name would suggest the drinks are very good, the mango margarita in particular is very good. Will continue to come here.
