Balsamic Chicken Salad was really good actually, presentation was great and not a single gristle bite. Waitress had a nice smile. What can I say about Applebee's that hasn't already been said? Just like u want it horrible radio playing too loud and stained sticky menus! Haha!
We live by this Applebees location so we frequent a lot! They have been short handed the past few times we have come which is understandable and they have had a lot of turnover. Tonight, however, we were very impressed with our server, Maddi! She was so kind, positive, and had a great attitude. They are lucky to have her!! I feel like good service is few abs far between these days so it was a nice surprise for our Friday night dinner. Thank you Maddi! ?
Wait staff - Non existentHost - Walked around like he was high24/7 and doing absolutely nothing trying to “act” busyWaited 20 minutes just for a waiter or waitress to even show up to the table to take a drink orderKeep in mind there was maybe 5-10 people in the restaurant so they weren’t busy in any way. The table was very sticky so it was not properly cleaned. I came about a 2 weeks prior to this and it wasn’t as bad but still not great, but after tonight I really have no idea this place is still open.
Have always enjoyed, however for what ever reason we were given bread sticks that were more like sticks than bread, could not eat them, very disappointed, such a simple task that made a disappointed experience.And I recommend resurfacing the tables, they were clean, but felt tacky.
I work across the street from this location and have done the car side to go multiple times when I feel like splurging a little. The last 4 or 5 times I've been there, it has taken over 15 minutes to have my order brought out (after receiving the text that confirms my check in.) That means my food is cold and soggy. Also, even though I request it, utensils are rarely provided. Not worth the hassle in my opinion.
I recently moved to the Northwest Arkansas area and this place has made me feel welcome which is why I always frequent it. I highly recommend everyone do the same. Food quality is always grade A. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Reading the reviews about being short staffed always infuriates me because isn't everyone these days? My answer to those comments is if you can do better, then why don't you apply. Take it from my experiences, this place is AWESOME!

The worst service I ever experienced in a restaurant, sat for 15 minutes before being seated and 15 minutes more at the bar waiting also. They had minimal customers and plenty of help, this place will never receive my business again. I also watched a couple get up from their table and go to bar because of poor service. The bartender done a fantastic job but he was also waiting tables and doing his job while the rest of the staff wandered off ignoring everybody.
Good experience. Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and had a great time. My steak wasn't cooked the exact way I like it, but it was okay.
We tried to eat there today. They had 2 servers and had just seated them so they said we would have to wait to be seated. The restaurant was 3/4 empty. They turned away business rather than just seat us. Renzos across the street seated us right away...only one server, but he's hustling!
