Best fast food spicy chicken sandwich hands down! Fight me!
My husband and I came here for lunch and we order the exact same meals which were the number 9s the Bourbon bacon. After we got our drinks and sat down to eat, we got 2 number 5s instead, so we go to confront the cashier about our order she took the receipt and said "I thought y'all said the number 12". How do you get from ordering the NUMBER 9 TO GETTING THE NUMBER 5 TO OH I THOUGHT Y'ALL ORDER NUMBER 12!!!!! Not to make this any worse the cashier that took our order was heading outside to smoke a cigarette again cause she was smoking when we pulled up and when we were heading to counter to confront her she was heading back outside to smoke. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!!
Very poor service for about 2 years straight. Rude employees that just don’t care about anything. If I could give them no stars I would.
Fast and friendly. Very comfortable environment. Quiet, very clean & comfortable seating.
Took forever wrong food and at least 3 other orders were messed up while I was waiting def need more training
Perfect frosty. But dear, Dave pls make it where yall can swirl the chocolate and vanilla...as it sit...I got 2 globs of ice cream. It's good but not much to look at. :)
Customer Service is the worst it has been in a decade. They just through your food out the and don't say anything and if you do ask a question you are met with glares. Fries were all cold, some of the burgers were too, and instead of the sauces we asked for they just through in whatever they felt like... Avoid this place.

They have the best breakfast around. Love the egg sausage and cheese biscuit.
Shortages made ordering hard. Asked for cheese, paid for cheese, got no cheese. Chicken was as dry as the desert, and some lettuce was slimy.
