This location usually does a good job but the last 3 times we've ordered food here it was absolutely horrible. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong. The bread was stale and tasted awful. The chicken was rubbery and flavorless. The bacon looked and tasted like it was a few days old. And it had NO RANCH! And I ordered pepperjack cheese and it had no cheese. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had and we will never go back to this location.
The Staff is always very friendly. The store is always clean and dont have a very long wait time.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I ordered via the app and when I didn't receive the most expensive sandwich (Steak & Cheese) that I ordered but was still charged for it I tried contacting the store manager and Subway Customer Service. Repeated attempts to call the manager resulted in rude employees basically telling me that there wasn't one. This is probably the worst restaurant in Searcy and the customer service is nonexistent
Not alot of options offered. No pretzels which are sold in other locations. Dimly lit and only one employee there.
Bread was stale and cucumbers were yellow and about a half inch.
