Staff was rude, app wasn’t working, didn’t receive credit for the order because the barista didn’t want to be bothered and the Great Dane was extremely disappointed about not receiving her pup cup.
People don't realize that this Starbucks being out of certain things is not their fault. There's a nationwide shortage and it's affecting every Starbucks. Just because they're out of something, doesn't mean you should give them a bad review. That makes zero sense to me. This Starbucks is in the process of hiring a lot of new people since a lot of people have quit/transferred. Of course they're going to be understaffed and slower than normal; they can't really help it. People complain about literally everything on here. Another reason why they may be slower than usual is because there are a lot of new people still getting used to making drinks. They're not going to be fast like the other people who have worked there for many years right off the bat. People, have patience. If you're in a rush, do a mobile order 10-15 minutes before you arrive--it's that simple. People assume that they're slow because they want to be, or they're out of things because they want to be. It's so sad to me. Everyone there works really hard to make sure we're happy. Remember that not everyone is perfect. No Starbucks is perfect. Please be more considerate before writing a dumb review.
This place is always out of everything. I’ve been here 3 times and they always reply - “we’re out of everything “. Do yourself a favor and go across the street
I went through the drive-through to get a green tea and I normally get a green tea Frappuccino so after I got my drink I walked inside just to make sure it was the right one because it didn’t look right to me but I honestly wasn’t too sure so as soon as I stepped 1 foot into the building they look up and said they were closed I just had a quick question, and the way she spoke to me was rude and quick like she wanted me out asap. I can tell the other girl were annoyed by the way they looked. Ive never had a problem with this Starbucks. It was incredibly rude and I definitely won’t be coming back.
Pretty good starbucks. Kinda slow service so if your in a hurry might wanna pre order and go inside.
This Starbucks is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. WHEN they’re actually open, the coffee isn’t made correctly. They’re also so ridiculously slow that the line will literally be out of their parking lot INTO race st. But good luck finding them open. I think they’re closed more than they are open. If you cannot keep enough staff to keep your doors open during business hours, chances are, it’s a management issue. I wish they’d close and put a dunkin there instead. Also, Stu’s is waaaayyyy better. A million percent better. I even would rather go to nova joes across the street and that’s saying something because their coffee sucks and is overpriced.
If you want to see some cheeks go here now. there is a chick in here in panties who will shake it for a $2 tip
Nice Starbucks but if you come be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more. Don’t even attempt the drive thru if you’re in a hurry. Even ordering online doesn’t speed things up. Employees seem very stressed and overworked. Are being as nice as they can but a bit snappy with each other.
I love this place just wish it was cheaper and less cars in line waiting!! Staff are always great
So I went into Starbucks (because I love frozen coffee & ice coffee) I buy the Starbucks lil bottles frequently. So of course being those lil bottles are so wonderful I’d expect that is what I’d get going into an actual Starbucks but it was not at all. I paid $25.94 for the absolute worst coffee I’d ever had., that way to expensive coffee was poured out & it was a complete waist of my money. I told the lady that made my coffee I didn’t like it & she said she could add creamer but that’s all. So even after that was added the coffee still tasted like I was drinking rust. As that was my 1st time finally getting to try Starbucks it was also my last. I drove an hour just to go there for that. It was not just a complete waist of $20 in fuel, 2 hrs of my time away from my job, plus a complete waist of $26 for rusty tasting coffee that the ground received, The way the service was- was uncalled for. I had initially ordered a frozen coffee but was told the blender quit, so they suggested an ice coffee (it literally was some liquid vanilla, some liquid caramel, some very strong old tasting black coffee & some ice & that’s it until I tasted it & she added a lil cream. Not at all what you’d expect after having those delicious lil bottles of StarBucks coffee for years. Apparently 1st time customers aren’t valued by the employees at Searcy Ar Starbucks. Overall my experience was degrading & hurtful… thanks Searcy Starbucks you have lost what could had been a loyal customer…
