Bad attitude and behavior from some barista that goes by “Celia.” Definitely not going back to deal with her or this place. I asked for whipped cream in my tea and she dumps half the cup out by taking a coffee cup sleeve, the cardboard piece, and starts “shoveling” out the ice and tea to empty the cup a sprays a line of whipped cream in the cup. Totally disgusting and as if Covid doesn’t exist. If she has issues doing her job, stay home or find another job don’t take it out on paying customers. You get paid and without customers, you start losing business. Welcome to the real world kids. Shame on the rest of them for keeping her employed.

Great food and coffee also a good selection of cups.

Can I have a free gift card

Good coffee but too expensive. The facilities and sitting area are very nice and comfortable.

How come when on the website it shows that store it’s open till 10:30 pm by 10:20 the light are off and the store is close ? It’s misleading the costumer ....

Great service. The people who work here are always very polite and alert to customer needs. Also, the place is always packed because the atmosphere is so good. Only thing to note is that there may not be anyplace to sit down since it's so busy.

You charge for water? Really? I mean I get that this isn't a real Starbucks but at the very least you could do something as little as give away water to a patron that's already paid for a $4 drink and just needs a water. Way to make this a 3rd place. 0 out of 10

My fav coffee place

Probably one of the coolest Starbucks locations I've seen. Nestled in the campus of Harding University - there is so much seating for large groups, studying or casual hangouts. Several rooms adjoin the coffee shop and outdoor seating accommodated even more people. Service was friendly & fast.

Starbucks is my go-to, but the Starbucks in Harding University is always packed and understaffed when I come in. I mean come on. One person making drinks?
