I've always enjoyed a nice hot meal from Popeyes. It seems you have to double and triple check your order, make sure you ask for extra sauce because 1-2 packs of Louisiana Hot sauce doesn't quite cut it when it comes to a 3 piece Dinner. Overall this location is typically fresh and hot ??.. Prices are a little outta control. But definitely a great meal!
Great chicken but evidently they can't count! Last two times I've been there I bought 10 piece deals. Both times there were only 8 pieces when I got home.
Depends on when you go who will serve you, right? I have been twice and there is one lady who is super nice but the other person was very rude. Not sure I'll go back.
The food is delicious, but there has been a 25 or 30 minute wait every time we go there. We get asked to pull forward every time. (Drive thru) probably won't go back to the Searcy one.
The customer service keeps me going back!!! Plus the food isn't that bad! Lol Just always ask if they burnt the Mac n cheese before you order it! ?
They never have anything. Always out of chicken! Which is pretty much the only thing they sell ?
This Popeyes always forgets our food. It’s honestly really annoying after paying for your food just to get home and find out that half of it isn’t there.
Usually pretty popular. Tonight different story. Drive thru crazy long and inside multiple customers being ignored and talked to like they didn't want any customers. Ignoring customers and not taking orders. Orders that were taken were wrong and taking forever. More than enough employees to have things running smoothly and quick but to no avail. Employees standing around and being rude to customers. Some customers even left. I will ever visit this location again.
Chicken, Biscuits, & Mac n Cheese are Wonderful. Takes a little while to get order at lunch. But is worth the wait...
I love Popeye's, but this location is a little suspect. I just recommend checking your order before you drive away. You might be missing sauces or sides.
