Staff was awesome had trouble with the online app they were nice and understanding definitely be ordering from them again also food was hot an ready when they said it would be

With a combination of the Cash App boost and and a internet coupon got a large specialty pizza and jalapeño bits for less than $30.00 and that included the delivery and tip. The delivery guy came to the Hampton Inn and the pizza was hot and fresh. Good pizza place fast delivery.

Worst experience ever! Absolutely no way to contact the local store. We ordered through their national hotline. When our order was delivered it was not complete, we actually recieved an empty box!! And the parts of the order we did receive was cold at best.. We were unable to reach anyone locally, took over an hour to speak to customer service and all they would do was to send a reference ticket to upper management and we may or may not receive a phone call within 48 hours. No resolution to the problem. Very disappointed and will NEVER order here again.

I have ordered from this Papa Johns before without too much problem, but was very unhappy today. I put in an order for 8 large pizzas for my wife’s function at school. They told me 12 minutes. My wife went to pick it up and the guy kind of laughed and said “I haven’t even started on in yet. It will be about 20 minutes before I start and another 30 before it’s ready.” He was rude and offered no apology or anything. We ended up going to Pizza Hut where they had all 8 pizzas ready in 20 minutes and we saved $40!! You just lost $134 dollars, Papa John’s - plus loyal customers. Sorry, not sorry.
