I'm not sure what the deal was this morning... but the person handing out the food was not very nice.Also management needs to check their employees. But ppl at the window and dirt under their nails, with no gloves on.Honestly, I literally throw my food and drink away... And went to another place to get my breakfast.Do better...
Everything I go to mcdonalds in searcy ar.on main street,,,it is AWFUL.I do mean AWFUL! If it's not the cold french fries that I've actually had the manager give me there's something wrong with my order every single time I refuse to go there I usually go to the one by the big Walmart off 14th Street or the one baby I do not recommend the one on Main Street at all I don't know what's going on with them but they need help bad
I went and got the replacement of Sausage Egg McMuffin, had no eggs on them and the people in the kitchen put his or her finger through the bottom of them. People are so messed up in the head.
Sat in drive through for almost 30 minutes. Ice cream machine was not working. And I don't think it has to do with being short staffed either.
This location has consistently snail-paced service and a remarkable ability to mess up the simplest requests.Updated on 31/March/22: went through the drive-through at 11pm, manager told me she couldn't "promise me" she'd make my food because she was "the only one there." For Pete's sake, this place is a disgrace.
Screwed order up. Said McFlurry machine worked, but then hardly any ice cream and just dumped cookies on top and didn't mix it. Would give a - star if could. Bathroom stank terrible.
I get breakfast here several times a week. Simple order, black coffee, biscuits and gravy combo. My hashbrown is not in my bag. Guys, this is really really simple.
Went through the drive thru and had 5 drinks on my order. I asked the the night shift manager who was working the window for a drink carrier and she said “we’re all out sorry and started handing me the drinks. I could clearly see the tall stack of drink carriers through the window. When I said something about seeing them she walked away and sent someone else to hand out my order. The service was absolutely terrible.
I’m sure I will be back but you can do better than this. I ordered a double qtr pounder with large fry and sweet tea. I received a Big Mac in a double qtr box and a 1/2 full box of fries. The sweet tea was correct.
That burger looks fantastic in that picture and I'm allergic to egg is why I can't have mayo bummer!!
