Watch your money closely when going here.I took out 20$ from the bank, drive across the street to get McDonald’s, hand over the 20$ for a 5$ meal. The cashier typed in that I gave her 12$ and handed me 7$ back.When I immediately talked to the manager, they said they counted the drawer, it was 3$ short and they’re not giving me my money back.They also refused to look at the video tape or help in any way.I don’t understand how a place can steal your money and refuse to return it or look at the cameras.It’s only 8$ but it’s the fact that they took it and aren’t doing anything to help make it right. I contacted corporate and haven’t heard back.This is wrong, don’t let them steal from you.
Worst place around. I work at a factory nearby and the workers will be standing outside every night at 11:30 smoking and won't serve you. They tell me every single night I stop in there after work that they are close. I guess the owner doesn't want the business that time of the night because I see a lot of vehicles get turned away. Horrible workers there.
Sooo many things I could say. The morning crew is a lot better than the afternoon/night crew. When you order a large French fries expect a medium French fries.That are always cold and taste like the grease hasn't been changed in a very long time! We do not even try to order ice cream because no one wants to keep it cleaned. That's the reason most of the time it "isn't" working. My family went one night. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only, for my child. After 8 cheeseburgers later they got it right!?? As I look in the back the shift leader is shoving fries in his mouth. No, we did not eat those burgers!! It was just ridiculous!

I don't often write reviews, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. This is easily the worst one in the state, and this has cemented it's place as a wasted plot of land in Searcy, AR. The food was old, cold and poorly prepared. Horrible tomatoes and pickles. Cold beef patties, and chicken patties. I cannot accurately describe my disappointment in how bad this """restaurant""" has gotten. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.
I placed an order online and didn’t receive any help from the employees on how to get a refund when they were only excepting cash. They also got my order wrong and when I pulled back around to the window, a man just looked at me sitting there instead of coming to assist me. I had to call the place just to get someone to come to the window. Horrible experience.
I go to this McDonald's often, but i don't understand how cold and old french fries make it to a customer if everyone is doing their jobs (clearly they are not). If y'all want a better paycheck try to have quality service. Fresh food is what a customer paid for and they don't get that more than once in 2 days there's some poor leadership/training as well. Step it up main street.
OMG! Had to give a star is a disappointment on this. Not even worth 1 star!What a disappointment of a place this is. Employee was rude guess because they were open on Christmas? Parking lot had people walking around but it is not even lit up and it dark at 640pm! No lights on to even show they are open! Only way was by the line of cars at the drive threw.Got my order that took 10 minutes and 5 cars ahead if me. It was far from correct! Cold burger! Cold fries! Barely any ice in my drink that was flat tasting at that. How can a place do business like this? Never have I had such terrible service from a McDonald's like this was today. Will not be back here again!
Seems that cold fries have become the normal in this day and time. Then the sign pops up your order and then gone before you ever have a chance to see if it's correct because mumbling over the speaker calling back my order didn't work either. The chicken nuggets are still awesome.
Twice now they have had me pull up into one of the parking spots to wait on my food then they forget about me. Absolutely infuriating. Wait 20 mins just to order then another 20 mins for your food. Not exactly fast food. Sat there today and watched a dozen cars go through the line while waiting on my 2 sandwiches and small fry. No excuse. Always forgetting dipping sauces too. Gave me 2 cookies one day instead of the 3 I ordered. Completely forgot my cookies another day. I'm done.
