When we walked in we were greeted with a "welcome to McAlister's". However, when we walked up to the counter to a register with a person standing at it and asked a question my husband had to repeat himself 3 times before getting an acknowledgment from anyone and there were at least 4 people behind the counter. Then when he said I'll have that, their response was "You'll have to get in line" and pointed to the register at the end of the counter. There was no one else waiting to order so we were able to get ordered quickly and our food came quickly. Our portions were bigger than expected however my husband was not expecting chili on his nachos and said he probably wouldn't order again. I have the spicy turkey melt and Caesar salad, both were great!

I eat here at least once a month and I love their sandwiches. Customer service is also great.

1st time to visit this location. It was very clean, which all of them are. I absolutely love the baked potatoes and the chicken tortilla soup. They are a little pricey but a great place to eat.

It was great,it was my first time eating here and I loved it all kind of choices for different people and even for kids,I will diffently be back

The staff are all very friendly and inviting. The food is delicious. Plenty of choices for the whole family. Best tea in town.

Great service and food was ok wasn't the best but liked the options definitely some options I wouldn't have thought of

Have been buying a chicken salad salad for 4 years, has always been a full salad with a scoop of chicken salad on top for $10.00. Today it looked like this and the manager smiled and said this is what you get.

It’s good when it’s good. But most of the time (Togo) they forget at least one thing. Employees are rude sometimes too.

Our local restaurants in searcy are better in every way, but McAlister’s has a good variety. I had the choose two with grilled cheese and tomato soup and did not get much food. There was also a little piece of chicken stuck to the cheese on my grilled cheese sandwich.

I would love to try McAlister's sometime in the future I was going to go one time when my mama was still alive and we didn't get to, because it was so crowded at the time.
