Called and they picked up, said "Thank you for calling Marco's, this is Sean, can you please hold?" Before I could answer I was put on hold. I waited on hold for 13 minutes. I figured they forgot me, so I hung up and called again. Same experience, same guy, this time I was hung up on. My daughter went up to place a carry out and was told that they only have one person working. Turns out there are other people there, they just don't really like the phones. They blame the phone system for hanging up on people, but it isn't true. She just watched them answer the phone and walk away. I thought it had to be kids, but apparently, it is grown people playing games at work. Marco's needs a babysitter.
I haven't regretted a time ever coming here! Not only os ot the best pizza in town (no exaggeration) but the staff is incredibly polite, professional, and makes you feel at home. Such a blessing to have such a warm place to bring the family. ?
Love the food and adequate customer service. I wish they had a hotter Buffalo sauce but ??♀️. Always clean ans welcoming inside plus the food is delivered or ready for pickup before or when it says it will be.
Employees do don’t clean there hand after the messed with the money and everything else don’t recommend.
Great pizza friendly staff
Every time we order something from this place, we always get our order messed up. Well this is was good..... half way through the small thin crust old world peperoni i ordered, i find a damn hair in my pizza as im chewing it. Pull it out my mouth and its like 5 inches long. Dog eats the rest
