Came in to try their pizza and we waited almost 20 minutes for someone to take our order. They were not even that busy, we got up and left and they told us to have a nice day SMH
The pizza was supurb. Our server was fabulous. It was a great dining experience.
The food is decent. If you get food from here, order to-go. They seem to have staffing issues because the waitresses seem to bicker a lot??? Always seems to involve one particular lady. Drinks and food orders were taken in a timely manner and delivered in a timely manner. But who wants to have dinner while listening to arguing? Not worth the premium (for searcy) price.
Employees were friendly but food was mediocre at best. I got a Bubbas Brother pizza and my husband got a Big Italy calzone. I was really excited to try this place because I typically love brick oven pizzas. His calzone was so hard and overcooked we could not even cut into it with the provided knife and there was a pool of grease on the plate. My pizza wasn’t much better. It was over cooked with so much grease on top when I picked up slices it ran off. The server, Jules, was really friendly though and did a great job!
We'd been looking for a pizza place that was like going to Pizza Hut when we were kids. The smell. The taste. The atmosphere. Brick Oven Pizza Company met all of our expectations and more! When we walked in the door the pizza smelled amazing. The staff and managers came by a few times to make sure our meal was everything we wanted it to be. I want to try everything they have on the menu, so I will have to go back several times. The bread sticks with marinara are so good! If you're looking for a pizza place, this one is for you!
This is my favorite place to eat pizza. The food has always been excellent whether it is a salad, sandwich, pizza, pasta, or hot sandwich.Staff is great.
Had surgery in Little Rock this morning so on the way back stopped in and got spaghetti and meatballs wonderful flavor generous portion and piping hot. Employees were so friendly.
The pizza is always delicious. Salads are fresh and yummy, too. Meatball sandwich is great! Excellent service. Nice, roomy booths. We love Brick Oven Pizza!
Went here today for the first time with a friend. We each ordered a salad and a Big Italy. Everything was amazing! And my sriracha salad was next level ??? I can't wait to come back!
Do not order through DoorDash if you have any time constraints. I waited an hour and a half for a small order. Dine in is perfectly fine, but they are not at all speedy about their online orders.
