This place is great! I knew the second I stepped through the door and smelled the smoked meats that my meal was going to be awesome, and I was not disappointed.
The most delicious BBQ I've ever had. The BLT sandwich is one of my favorites. It has thick slices of smoked bacon that is phenomenal. The pork candy is mouth drooling. It's my most favorite item. I have never eaten anything that wasn't good from there. He has a variety of items to choose from. You can not go wrong eating here.
This place doesn't miss. Ever. If you're anywhere in driving distance from Knightfire you have got to come here. Simple, elegant, and incredibly satisfying. Standing room only. They're still stretching their legs from their start in the food truck business so expect limited quantities on some things and the full sides menu is coming along. Pair your meal with a frosty can of Diamond Bear Rootbeer too.
Hands down the best BBQ in White County! If you are getting BBQ anywhere else you are doing it wrong??♀️ All the meats are amazing, my favorite is smoked Turkey breast! Excited for the new expanded space and menu…will be back, often! Keep up the good work KF?
I ordered a 3 meat plate and only got 2 meat it’s overpriced and the beans are terrible at best
It tasted great. Love the sauce. But it made me extremely sick. The entire night I was up throwing up.

Finally got over to Searcy to try out KnightsFireBBQ. Matthew KNOWS how to smoke meat. Great food. Sampled beef, chicken, pork and a wrap. All passed my taste test with flying colors. His potato salad is among the best I have ever had.
