I have used the drive thru twice in 2 months, both times my orders have came up short with no time to go get it corrected because I was on my way to work. First time the order didn't have any biscuits. This second order didn't have one of the sides. This is terrible for Searcy's only KFC, they used to be good and on point. Now the employees act like they don't care and are rude.
I am very dissatisfied with the chicken we got. The chicken had a very old taste. Tasted very nasty.I wouldn't feed it to our dog.I couldn't call up there to complain because it was already closed. Guess what my family will no longer eat there againHope you like that chicken
I order the 12 piece chicken dinner on 3/18/22 around 7:00 pm which cost me 37.00 dollars. The chicken was so old and tasted so nasty I threw every bit of the chicken in the trash what a waste of money this kfc in searcy Arkansas needs to be shut down .or get sued cause people getting sick .this place is awful . shut this place down .
Food was fresh and very friendly service
When we first got there, the doors were locked so we turned to leave and the girl working hung out the drive through window and screamed at us to come in. We came in and ordered: our entire order was waaaay wrong. The food we got was good, but was wrong. It wasn't just us, the next two couples that ordered also got the wrong orders.

I paid $43.00 for my family meal witch tasted a week old I called and spoke with the manager about not getting my drinks and all my food and he very rudely stated that he packed it hisself I’m a liar trying to get free food I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO KFC in Searcy it needs to be closed down for good
It's okay, much better than it was a few years ago.
