Very unhappy with J&M's today. We tried to bring a deer in for some summer sausage before Thanksgiving and were turned away because they weren't taking any more in. We said okay no big deal, we'll freeze it and come back another time. They said okay see you later. I go in there today with 65 pounds of deer and get turned away again because it's frozen. Nobody said anything about not accepting frozen meat when we tried bringing it in the first time. As first time hunters this was not common knowledge to us. So now we have a ton of deer and no practical way of thawing it out. J&Ms has always been given high remarks by my family and we were extremely disappointed in the customer service today.
