Can't handle a large order without canceling every other order that's come in. Claims to have a contract with harding so they have to cater to the big bad college and say to hell with every other customer. Sad when little caesars can keep up but dominoes cant.
PLEASE READ!!Absolutely terrible service!!! Purchased pizza for delivery and waited almost 2 hours before we called to figure what was going on. Our pizza still was not even put in the oven. We asked if we could just have them make it and us pick it up and they SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE US AGAIN! They have done this to us twice now and will not be ordering from this location! This location is an actual joke! If any one up high in dominos reads this please fix this location! When I was there they had multiple others complaining for the same thing.
Domino's Pizza is one of my favorite places to get pizza. It's definitely cheaper than Little Caesars and way better quality. So far out of most of the Domino's I've been to. They've all been really nice people that were fairly clean as well. They also have a pretty awesome app that works better than most fast food apps I have.
Ive tried twice with this dominos, every other dominos ive ordered from, its been 30 minutes to an hour wait, which isn’t bad, but this dominos is the WORST! I waited for 3 hours the first time, called them an hour abs a half in, and the lady said she was leaving with my food.. i live 15 minutes away, and she took an hour and a half with my food and by that time the food was not only burnt but luke warm. The second time, i ordered, it was in the middle of the day, they couldn’t have been busy, it was a week day, and it took them 2 hours again! They kept telling me they were on their way, then they’d take it back, but since i got texts they couldn’t take those back. Needless to say i am never ordering food from them again.
I ordered online and paid for my order. Then they call me and state "we don't have a delivery driver." I thought what else is new cause they never do. Make arrangements to pick it up and then informed " we close in 5 minutes". I said to lady, don't you close at midnight. Where I was informed "No, we close in 5 minutes." Now this chick has been on the phone a hot minute and now refusing to make my food and cancelled my order. By this time it's 11:47 and she telling me she closes at 11:53. Placed an order today and they forgot to put cinnamon icing dip, called to let them know and no matter what phone we used they couldn't hear us to voice our issue. SAD HOW A COMPANY SUCH AS THIS ESTABLISHMENT TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS BY SIMPLY HANGING UP. BEWARE TERRIBLE SERVICE. DOMINOES USED TO BE A FAVORITE OF OURS LOOKS LIKE PIZZA HUT GETS OUR BUSINESS FROM HERE ON OUT. WE WILL ORDER HUNTS BROTHERS BEFORE I EVER PURCHASE FROM DOMINOES AGAIN, AND TO THINK ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS LISTEN, WE HAVE ENJOYED DOMINOES FOR YEARS THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME, SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.
Ordered an online order. It said it was in the process of being fixed but it wasn’t. They didn’t even make it nor call to let me know it wasn’t going to be fixed. Will not be going back or order from here again.

You could try all of their pizzas there all great and their salads great too if I remember having a salad that is ha!! Actually I don't remember for which salad if I had one you know it's hard to keep up with.
mane the mfs work here is rude n tryna act like they can't deliver to me right down the street. I legit can see the domino's sign from my house n they was saying they couldn't find my address. I told them the exact apartment and number when I told the girl I was okay wit the wait for delivery she legit sighed. like if youn wanna work someone juss don't. you don't gotta say you can't deliver there when I've gotten pizza delivered here so many times. I go back bcuz the pizza is good but I'm finna stop goin cuz the service trash.
