Awesome experience. Seated almost immediately even though there were tons of people waiting. Server was friendly. Food was so GOOD! Excellent service all around. Will be back!

My steak was cooked perfectly to med rare but had very little flavor. Country fried steak was ok but smothered in a cold mushroom gravy. Fries tasted good and salad was great. Rolls were soft and delicious! Best Prt was the skillet cookie.. warm, moist and melting the vanilla ice cream loaded on top

The food here is better than the average chain of steakhouses. For once in a very long while, my husband’s steak was not over cooked. Medium rare is what he asked for and medium rare is what he got! The front hostesses were excellent. Lots of smiles and welcomes. Our server was friendly and attentive.

May 3,2022 dinner time-- it was excellent! Food was cooked perfectly, food quality was great, presentation was great, our server - kaylee- was great. All these things make for a really fantastic dining out experience. It was well worth the money spent & the trip to town to eat there this particular day. I do have to agree with Christina hale on the manager guy I didn't care for the manner or tone with coupleof girls

The workers just stand in the front and talk to each other while you have to wait hours for your food and for a waiter/waitress to come to your table. Today I counted 13 workers in the front talking and hanging out: 2 of them were sitting down, multiple playing their phones, meanwhile we waited an hour for our food. Food was good, and we were taken care of, but something needs to be done about this!!

We had Ella as our waitress and she is amazing!!!

We were here for our daughter’s birthday dinner. Our party of nine was accommodated quickly. The food was delicious and came out pretty fast. My mai tai was wonderful. Our server, sally, was exceptional. She was attentive, cheerful, and very knowledgeable. Our drinks were never empty. We never had to ask for anything or “look for” our server. She was on top of everything. She even made sure my child with celiac ordered safely. Definitely ask for her when you come in.

The food here is better than the average chain of similar types in the area. But, the service is excellent. Yes, I return or don't return based on the service I receive. The staff is very attentive here and quick. I have frequented this eatery often and never sat more than five minutes before my drink is served and order taken. Usually the staff is at my table within two minutes and always cheery. That makes me smile and return often. And I love their burgers.

We were visiting from Georgia to attend a funeral. The local family decided for about 45 of us to have dinner at this establishment. The restaurant was patient in finding seating for all of. However, I noticed immediately that NO one was were a mask nor social distancing and the food was just ok.I had the chopped steak, potatoes and salad. The best item was the salad.

We ate here a couple weeks ago and overall, didnt have a good experience. My alcoholic beverage was half empty, but way too heavy on the vodka. Not sure if that was compensation for a half full drink, or someone not knowing how to make that specific drink. My wife found a hair in one of the rolls. Luckily she tears the rolls instead of biting right in to them, so she saw it first before she put it in her mouth. I was eating my caesar salad (which was a bit heavy on the dressing, but pretty good) and sort of lost my appetite from the hair roll. Our dinner came and was pretty cold, felt like it was probably ready and sitting for about 10 minutes before it was brought to us. Food wasnt hot at all, but tasted good. We didnt mention the hair because we understand that things happen and the table behind us had their own gripes and was causing a scene a little bit, so we didnt want to "pile on" even though it probably is best to give honest feedback to the server...sometimes we just don't want to be a bother. We tipped the server pretty well but really it wasnt due to merit, we felt bad for the table next to us giving him grief.Usually Coltons isnt a first or second choice for us in Searcy...we likely wont be coming back to this restaurant in this town. Theres enough options in Searcy to where that wont be an issue.
