Got a to go order today (been in and food is great) but got home and fries tasted old, steak was cooked how I asked, pasta was soggy badly. Won’t be back

Good food cheap prices good service

We WERE regular customers because we like the food. We wanted to celebrate our daughter’s academic award from school this evening, but we’re sorely disappointed. Unfortunately tonight’s experience has persuaded us to never return. We were seated for 30 minutes before we even had drink orders. We got refills on drinks before we ever received an appetizer. It took over an hour of waiting after that for the waitress to tell us the kitchen couldn’t give her an estimate on when we would get our food. Two other tables were seated after us and had received their meals and we were still waiting. I told her we wanted to just leave. The manager was too busy to be able to talk to us. We paid full price for drinks and appetizers and went to eat elsewhere. There was amble time for the manager to be able to come talk to us during this process because it took some time to enter the poor review on their payment processing machine. Never saw the manager. Never received an apology. Never received a reasonable explanation on why tables who ordered after us received their food first. Never knew why the food never showed. There was only five of us, not 15! I understand being short staffed, but the lack of customer service in the part of the manager has caused us to take our patronage elsewhere.

Bad food. Was either undercooked (chicken btw) and or was burned to a crisp. Very bad food and customer service. Waste of money. Manager offered a refund and literally never refunded it over a week ago. So I got no food out of it and didn’t get my money back.UPDATE : still no refund and manager claims he did it. Then when pushed further on issue he says it takes 14 days to refund….. how ignorant. It refunds when you batch out like your suppose to do daily…. Which he clearly does not make sure happens or is just telling lies, either way this place needs a overhaul completed by the franchise’s big wigs. Because the owner clearly checked out a long time ago.

Food was lukewarm at best. Sent back texas fries replaced with chips and quac. Entries were cold. Sides were barely edible. Waitstaff was friendly but extremely slow. Worst dining experience ever. Will not go back.

15 minute wait for a table in a half empty restraunt. Not good. Slow service. Not good. Covid gone. Time to step up the hiring and service.Food good. No complaints about server.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was very unhappy with my to-go order. I ordered the mango chile chicken, and the chicken looked and tasted like it was microwaved. They also forgot my side and our appetizer…The last time we ordered from chilis about a month ago, was also not up to their normal standards. I had ordered the brisket quesadillas (which I’ve ordered multiple times before) and this time it hardly had any meat in them and it had globs and globs of cheese in them. I ended up throwing most of it away. This is so disappointing because Chili’s used to be good, not sure what happened.

We had a wonderful and attentive waitress. If I was only scoring on her, it would be 5 stars, and without her, much less. The food was just ok. Nothing great to write about.

I love their steak and loaded potatoes, and their cheese & jalapeno fries are to die for there so yummy!! I didn't think I knew how to spell jalapeno but I do yay!!

Pretty long wait. Over a whole section closed. Not enough servers. Boneless buffalo chicken not like it used to be. Tasted old and burnt. Other food was fantastic. Server very polite and on top of her job. Probably try again
