The food is always warm and service is quick and friendly. The place was very clean, including the parking lot and grounds. Really appreciate the total effort of the entire staff that made our dining experience a good. We’ll be back!
I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A, but the last two times I’ve gone… it was subpar to say the least. They forgot my sauces TWICE, the food wasn’t warm, and time before last I felt like my nuggets weren’t cooked all the way. Last week when I went, there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom. (Or seat covers) When I asked at the front, the young lady told me it’s because they were OUT ? Out of toilet paper?! C’mon. I feel like there’s new management or all new staff because the atmosphere is different, the staff is different, the food is different.
I used some rewards from the app and I was still charged for it. We were also charged for an extra fry that we did not ask for. There was an employee named Bradley who couldn’t seem to take our simple order. Had to leave and come back 3 times to find someone, and we had to ask for someone else to take our order. We then ended up waiting between 20-30 minutes for our food while everyone behind us was getting theirs.
Hands down best service!!! @Jeremy @Matthew and @Phoenix were so so helpful! Very cheerful! I hope I get them next time! I remember one time I was having a bad day and Matthew H. checked in and asked if my day was okay, and was so friendly and honestly made my day so much better! Thank you guys so much! Oh and that Strawberry shake was really good!!! -(Not Eddie)
Got exactly what I ordered was very fast and everything was hot staff was exceptional as well
I ordered my food online 20 minutes before hand as I do not have long for lunch. I get there around 22 minutes later and of course have to still drive thru the line. So I finally get to the window and they tell me to go ahead and pull forward. I'm watching people in front of me and behind me who had ordered with the person in sight getting their food and I'm just sitting there for another 7-8 minutes watching all of these people getting their food and leaving. Finally they bring mine to me and I only have 5 minutes left to eat. To top it off they failed to put my salad dressing in my bag. I will not be back. No apologies for my food coming out so late as well. Worst place ever. The chicken was all I had time to eat and it was extremely dry and tasteless.
What can I add to a place that has great food. Service is top notch to say the least. And the only fast food chain to master the drive thru.
Went through the drive through.. Great service, food was prepared exactly as ordered.. Gotta say.. From store to store these guys just do it right consistently!
We felt like we stumbled upon a gem. Not enough advertising for this store. The up side of this was there no long lines to wait in. The food was very good.
The Chick fli A we went to was extremely busy. I ordered 2 ice cream cones and a diet lemonade on the app. We saw people coming and going. After 15 minutes of sitting in our spot I called and spoke to a nice young man and told him what was going on. He apologized and in 3 minutes he was out the door with our order. He apologized again and gave me a free chicken sandwich card. I wasn't upset at all because the parking lot was CRAZY and the line was extremely long. I know customers get upset but the employees work so hard and are so polite, give them a break and be thankful. I am Very thankful for all their hard work. ?
