First time there and the fish was delicious, best hush puppies I have ever had.
We hadn’t been in sometime because of the service. We see things have PICKED UP!! One of the managers is a very nice black gentleman and we was impressed by his service and attitude. Don’t know what you did but keep up the great work.
Had a craving for some cold water fish with malt vinegar. Portion sizes were large. Had the sampler combo with two sides. Fish was delicious. Cole slaw was good and the corn ? was hot. Restaurant to include restrooms were immaculate. Ate in, stuffed myself and left feeling like I had an overall great experience for a fast food joint.
Most of the time it is really good but the last time I ordered the blackened tilapia and shrimp on a stick they gave us some kind of tasteless white fish and it sucked.
This was the worst I have ever seen, the floors were so oily and slippery, I reinjured my knee, they had no cocktail sauce, no ketchup, the bathrooms were beyond GROSS, the whole place smelt. Food took forever, we ended up tossing it and eating @ home. The lot was filthy, signs broken and busted....WILL NOT EVER , EVER GO HERE AGAIN !HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION !!!
With no one in the drive through line ahead of me, after a 15 minute wait I drove to the window to be told they are too busy to take drive through orders. Funny though, the guy who was too busy to take orders had plenty of time to go on break outside. Not my first bad experience with the Searcy Captain D's but will certainly be my last.
Placed an online order to be picked up at 6:45. Arrived at 6:45 to be told to pull into a parking spot while they get it ready. 20 minutes later our order arrived and was not at all correct. Drinks were wrong.. food was wrong.. none of the sauces were in the bags and most of the food was cold. Won’t return as it was a total waste of money and time.

Called in an order at 9:10pmArrived at 9:20pm and the door's locked and the lights are off. Sign on the door says open til 10pm. Website for Searcy location says open til 11pm. I'm confused. Why the heck did they even waste my time by taking my order. Bad business. Doubt I will ever go back. Shame too! The food was pretty good....
The Manager on duty, and the front worker were both amazing. Above and beyond any Captain D'S I've ever been to.
