This was the dirtiest Wendy's dining room I had ever seen. It was about 4:30 on Sunday afternoon and trash was overflowing from every bin, trash and drinks slopped all over the tables, food stepped on and ground into the floor, there wasn't a single table without some sort of debris on it. It was so disgusting we immediately turned around and left. I should have taken a picture it was so unbelievably horrible.
Food was hot and fresh, even as late as I was going thru the drive thru. The guy at the window as friendly as they greeted me and took my payment. The meal was just like I requested and they made sure I had all the condiments I asked for. Good experience overall. Fast, convenient, pleasant interactions and a meal the way I ordered it. ?
My food was old and nasty..The manager that was on staff , said to this girl in front of all customers all rude not to give bacon fries on 4for4 ..I asked for bacon fries ... I always ask for the same thing EVERY LOCATION..I felt like she treated us like we knew each other because two black woman and prob thought the girl was hooking me up.... she was pleasing a customer that was all ... don't like the vibe or food at all
Food was good and very fast, but the tables were greasy and the booths had crumbs in them. It was a good spot to get a bite to eat and move on about your day.

I am only giving a 2 star review b/c the inside was closed on a Saturday evening. When I finally got through the drive through, i asked the mgt about and she said they were short on people... uuummm yes obviously. I want to interject here, I had previously seen this particular mgr in action in regards to dealing with staff. I must say she did not necessarily have great motivational skills. I have never seen her with a smile and that really sets the tone for the environment. Please know I am NOT saying it is her fault. I am only pointing out with this generation of young people & especially in fast food...... well draw your own conclusions. My sammie was yummy that evening and the fries, while hot were over salted.

I ordered a ten piece spicy nugget meal. When I got to the window they told me they only had six spicy nuggets and said it would be four minutes until they would be ready. She said they could give me four regular ones if I didn’t want to wait. I said I would wait. I asked her to put bbq sauce and ketchup in the bag. She said okay/ She told me the parking spot to pull to and I did. I waited ten minutes (based on the swipe receipt from my bank that showed up) before she came. She apologized for the wait. I checked my bag for my order. There were two bbq sauces in the bag; no ketchup. The food felt hot but when I started eating I realized very soon that only four nuggets were hot. They gave me four hot nuggets but left the other six old nuggets at the bottom. The fries were also not hot and over salted. This means my order sat on a counter for 10 minutes waiting while the four nuggets cooked. I would never visit this location because it doesn’t make sense to have old and cold food with hot food for a customer that is okay waiting for fresh hot food.
Stopped in at Wendy’s as we are traveling. Nice young kid told me lobby was closed ok cool we was leaving anyways as soon as our food is done !! Still waiting making my 2 month old baby a bottle her comes the manager I’m going to let you wait here bc you have the baby till the lady your with comes back to help you ! But our lobby is closed ! I have never known a restaurant to kick paying customers out !
