I was not happy. They were rude at the drive thru and my burger is always cold.
Was decent for a Wendy's. They had a BBQ sauce I've never had before and was excellent!!! Workers were very friendly and helpful.
Found mold on my burger today smh Never eating there again!
The Wendy's in Russellville Arkansas off of Arkansas Street , is a Great place to eat , They not only have A Very Clean place to eat but Their Employees have a Special way of making you feel good when you stop by , my Experiences eating their is all Good try it you wont be Disappointed !!Mike and Brenda Ashley Russellville Arkansas
So, apparently we were possibly exposed to hep A because of this restaurant. Slow, takes forever to get through the drive thru. I'll never understand why it is not required to test employees before hiring!
Arrived to pick up on line order in the lobby and waited almost 20 minutes. Burgers were cold, fries too by the time I got home about ten minutes away. Customer service was horrible. Only guy I saw working was the young man working the counter and the two women in the drivethru area. It was all poor fella could do to keep counter going and pulling online orders. The other 2 guys weren't working that I could see. And the manager appeared not to even know how this store was even operating. He was having a meal in the lobby with his family it looked like. Two other guys in the back walked up front a few times but never bothered to ask if they could help us or not knowing that we had been waiting quite awhile already. ?
I have NEVER waited so long at a drive thru!It was insane.... The wait was so long that people were pulling out of line (after they'd ordered) and driving away.When we finally got up to the window to get our food it still took Forever, with 3 workers standing around not doing much....The food? The hamburgers were good, very good.The fries cold and greasy. Disappointing to say the leastThey got 2 stars because the burgers were so good - otherwise it would only be 1.

Best breakfast drive through in town. Price is decent too! Great chicken sandwich and salads and burgers too! Super nice ladies to serve you too!
