place was dirty and we sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us. I even called the store twice and got no answer.
Went to a booth and waited for 5 mins after pressing the button, then when we went through drive through to order the lady kept putting in the wrong food. Finally got to the window and they didn’t even put the order in right. Another lady ordered online and was waiting at a booth the whole time we were there and when someone finally answered her button all they said was that the food was ready and needed to be taken out. I work fast food, I know how hard it is but this sucked.
When I went there it smelled delicious at the drive-through. And first I really wanted a slushy but then I saw the shakes. So I just got a banana shake I hate that and so then like a few days later I went to go get another banana shake but and then there was Strawberry Shake and I was like oh my goodness I need to buy that.And it was good then I got mozzarella sticks and they are pretty good but like a few minutes later the cheese is really hard and it doesn’t stretch as much when you get it,
Ordered a bacon breakfast burrito & sausage breakfast toaster. Received a sausage burrito & bacon toaster. Also ordered last night, and crew was openly unhappy to serve the last few cars.
Not to be that girl, but this sonic sucks. They are so slow when all we ordered was literally water. We’ve been here for like 30 minutes and they still haven’t come out with our stuff.
Service is very fast sometimes and very slow other times, but my food is always hot and accurate!
Food and service are great. Well worth the entire experience. It's like stepping back in time.
When I finally got my food, half of it was cold, they didn’t bring my dipping sauce and all the tator tots were smashed, worse experience at a sonic by far!! Save your time and pick something different
Orders were clearly marked so we could tell them apart and was delivered very quickly. Carhop was friendly. Did do 3 stars instead of 5, though, because the sides and tops of all the drink cups were so so nasty. Covered in soda and one of the cups had some sticky residue on the bottom and side of the cup. And of course we didn't get any napkins with our order.
Dont go if you are in a hurry, I dont think ive been to a single sonic here in Russellville that has actually been quick. Recently ive noticed that its drive thru only most of the time when I go, but its early in the morning.
