Used the app promo code and got shorted a double cheeseburger and got the runaround don’t use this west side sonic food is horrible and I get short changed every time I go there

Both the food and facility we're literally disgusting. Apparently management doesn't know what a pressure washer is. Buffalo chicken tasted like it had been sitting around for an hour or two and was then drowned in sauce rather than tossed. Fries were stale as well. The icing on the cake was the being charged more then the displayed price and then waiting 20-25 minute for this food that I couldn't even finish because it was so nasty. Treat yourself to a proper meal at CJ butcher boys, Old south, or maybe Colton's. Even if your in a hurry and nearby.... Just don't!

This is probably the best Sonic in Pope County. They are fast and friendly. I will normally only drive to this one since we live in Dover. But I stopped at the one on West Main and the BOY taking my order was rude as hell. There was an elderly man 2 stalls down asking for a milkshake. Obviously the elderly man had an issue with his hearing but the BOY yelling at him in a way that would make you get out of your car and smack this boy upside the head made me sick. Apparently their milkshake machine was broken but you could get any other type of ice cream you wanted but a shake.

Ugh ok so not really sure how to word it so I'm just gonna be blunt. Our ( Clarksville,AR ) Sonic has its moments. There are times that the orders take way too long to receive and sometimes you'll get cold fries or tots. The employees have always been cheerful and had a smile when delivering your food

The size of the Special burger deal was really small. Not worth the price. Taste was good but the price isn't a deal.

I wish my tots were fresh and hot. Seems to be a repeat problem. Otherwise good services.

I've been sitting here....got here at 1215....its 1235 and waiting....I here crickets.....no response....placed my order 1 min ago....I've never had a bad experience at a sonic except at this one...and I keep coming back at different times and it's never different!! Half the stalls are broken , as well....wth is the problem here manager???

The only complaint I have is they tend to not mark the food so you know what is what. On this visit we ordered 2 breakfast burritos, 1 with extra cheese. No way to tell which had the extra cheese without unrolling them. Also with previously purchased blue slushies with different flavoring. We had to taste them to know whose was whose. Not cool.

Came here a week ago and no one was able to take my order. That day Sonic didn’t get my money. Today I have returned to some breakfast the person taking the order tells me we have a lot of orders in front of you and it’s going to take a while to get yours out. What is this about? No where in the US is this a efficient Sonic I worked for sonic years ago and if your behind the management should step in to help the cook. No excuses for food orders taking forever to serve your customers

I put my order in the app ahead of time and still had to wait 15min. One drink on my order was messed up so I pushed the button and the man answering was super rude. I said my sweet tea was not sweet and I needed a new one. They brought me a small, the original was a large. I will not be back, the one on 4th street is well worth the extra driving.
