For the past few months almost every time we have ordered through the app and had to wait more than 15 mins because for some reason they were "drive thru only" the only way to get our food was to push the red button and ask for it even after checking in. This most recent time we were being watched out of the window by an employee for 10 mins before I just ended up pressing the button again to be told rudely that they were drive through only. They immediately brought our food out and it had been sitting for the length of time I was checked for sure because the items were half melted and others were cold.**edit** I have called the "sonic hotline" that just tells you to call the manager of the store directly and that is no help
pulled up to the stall, the person proceeded to inform us that they were doing drive through only, we pulled up to the drive through, they asked us for our order and we gave it. they didn’t say a single word back to us for a solid 5 minutes, we pulled up thinking it was technical issues but then the person was literally just standing there ignoring us at the window for another 5 minutes. i wouldn’t recommend due to the consistent ignorance of this specific employee. It was approximately 7:45 p.m. today (04/27/22)
I've been to All the sonic restaurants in my area. This one on 4th Street is my favorite. I just believe their food is better. The burger wasn't all dry and tasteless and my fries were actually Hot. my hats off to them.
Showed up the lady told me it would take 7 minutes for the food I had ordered I told her that was fine than she told me that there fryer was down so I asked If I can change to grill instead she didn’t respond and wouldn’t take my order if i could give it zero stars i would if they weren’t going to take my order they should have said it in the first place

Sonic has went down hill. I waited over 40 minutes for my food. And the young man that worked there taking orders constantly hung up on me everytime I would ask where my order was

Always have problems with this sonic.. Servers are extremely rude. Tried to order a shake, they asked what I wanted then hung up on me halfway through the order. When I hit the red button again they rudely said they were out of ice cream which would've been fine if they had said that without canceling my entire order ? that being said they don't like the answer 90% of the time anyways and tell you drive through only every time I'm there.
Your assistance is needed to resolve this issue. It should not be placed on us the customers to resolve your problems. I would give zero or even negative stars if I could. We did a mobile order for four diet drinks at 3:30 pm on October 1, 2021. We thought one order didn’t go through so we put another one in. So we were charged twice. Then we saw car after car go through the drive through while we sat there. Finally my sister hit the red button and inquired as to the status of our drinks. The person says ‘oh yeah’ in a rude tone. After a while a young woman brought 4 drinks out. It said on the screen her name was Rachel. I took a drink of my route 44 that was supposed to be a diet Dr Pepper with lime and it can only be described as horrific. I exclaimed ‘oh my gosh!!’ I then had my sister taste it to make sure I wasn’t just exaggerating and she screamed too. They had to have intentionally done something to make this drink like that. It tasted like a mixture of solid syrups. It turned out that all 4 drinks were wrong. We wasted over $16.00 at this Sonic. Including a $1.00 tip that was sure undeserved. I can just see these immature people making these drinks giggling at pulling one over on us. We had to pour the drinks out and it literally, no exaggeration, took us hours to get the taste out of our mouths. You need to take action now.I just saw the “canned” owner response to my review. If you are responding as the owner, then why are you telling me to call the owner? You need to fix this location instead of making it he customers problem!
