Ordered two meals in drive thru today-received 1 fork, no napkins, and left out the cole slaw that was ordered and charged for. Disappointing experience this afternoon.
Went through the drive thru, for one 2 piece meal and one chicken sandwich. They had us pull up to wait on chicken to cook. Said it would be about 10 minutes. 34 minutes later, we finally got our food. Chicken was great! Service was lacking.
Not sure what happened to Popeyes. Use to be my favorite place to get chicken. My husband just brought some home and it was almost to the burnt stage or just set out all day, I thought it was cooked fresh to order. and the pieces are smaller. Just got my appetite back after being sick and this was what I was craving. What a disappointment.
Great dinning. Nice employees. But the service seemed very slow the day I was there. And they forgot several of I'm kids item's. But over all it was good and the manger did make it some what right.
Not the best. Good luck getting more than 1 sauce. Mac and cheese had definitely been sitting out all day, very dry. Probably won't be returning to this particular Popeyes.
I love popeyes!! The different specials they have is great- best condiment- the hottie sauce!! Yes!
Everything is smaller ! Smaller pieces and the containers for the extras are smaller also plus the prices are higher !!
We picked up lunch for a picnic today for 5. The food was delicious and the perfect temperature to dive right in. They included sports without even being asked and plenty of napkins. Didn't even charge me for cups, straws, and lids for the gallon of tea we ordered just had to ask! Friendly staff and pretty fast for our big order. Thank you Popeye's for the picnic win!!!
good service. wish the people had a smile or anything. she seemed robotic. I know working food service sucks, but you choose to work there
