DO NOT EAT HERE!! I was in the drive thru and over heard the manager nacy say and I quote “ we need an all American team” not only is this discrimination but just down right wrong. I’ve also gone in another time and saw giant spots of large black mold right above the front door. They play political new stations on the tvs with no way to change the channel. My sister says she saw an employee drop an entire pizza on the floor pick it up then try to serve it but another young male server stopped her. If you call and no one answers they will forward your call some automated voicemail that will ask for ur order but I have never received or payed or an order placed through there. I am extremely dissatisfied and discussed by this Pizza Hut building. If I could leave a lower rating I would!!! Outrageous!!
Avoid!!!!! Unless you like cockroaches. Got this nasty salad today 4-5-22. My friend got wings and is now throwing up. So unless you enjoy extra bacteria bugs and throwing up all night to end up feeling like death in the morning, avoid all roads that lead to this place.
The first thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was. And the staff was very friendly. Our food was ready in a timely manner. Don't know about other Pizza Huts but the one here in Russellville is fantastic.
This place is a joke honestly I sat on the phone for 20 mins and got redirected 3 times because they take orders thru a call center I just needed to change my delivery address and literally spent time talking to 3 different people knowing how to get access to my pizza order because they don’t have that info it’s just a joke
The pizza was very good. It came out faster than I thought it would. Great customer service.
It's OK I'm seriously a big pizza hut fan but they no longer have buffets. The pizza is mediocre compared to other pizza huts
Ordered a large double cheese with extra sauce. Not extra cheese and no sauce whats so ever. Very disappointed. Want be ordering from here again.
I ordered 4 pizzas. One was supposed to be a super Supreme but received what I believe was a meat lovers instead.
We ordered thin crust pizza with regular sauce. It was extremely thin and crispy with no sauce on it. This made it dry. The flavor of the meats was good but it was hard to manage to eat it.
Oh my. Where can i start. First off, the bathroom smells like soap. Next the whole place REEKS of pizza!! Disgusting. I am left speechless at the utter scent. Next, a worker told me to “go kill myself” when i asked for a diet pepsi. I then responded “i will not be doing such anytime soon.” and she said in return “I’ll do it myself”absolutely horrible and i am left feeling as if my life has been threatened in truth. Definitely never getting this (horrible) pizza ever again. I will be reporting to the police.✅
