I HIGHLY do NOT reccomend working at this McDonald’s!!! My fiancé worked there very very recently and it was fine at first, he was supposed to work there as a full time employee. It quickly went from 40 hours a week to 30 hours a week to about 20-25 hours a week, that is absoloutely not full time. Not only that but they didn’t put him on the schedule for a week more than once and when he tried to contact a manager, no one answered and when he finally got to speak to a manager they said they “forgot.” Well today we just got word that he was fired, because apparently he was trying to steal an apple juice, mind you apple juices are less than a dollar. He was not trying to steal it, he was throwing it away because it fell on the floor. Not only that but no manager told him he was fired, he heard it from someone who no longer even worked there. Management sucks and they’re not helpful at all.
The staff were nice enough but every section of the dining room was lined with flies! Hundreds of them all on the window ledges, on the booth backs, on the tables, everywhere! It was so bad we couldn't bring ourselves to eat in there and took our food to the car to eat. And then our burgers tasted kind of old and the buns weren't fresh.
Decided to try the spicy chicken sandwich. In the chicken sandwich wars it's not a winner. Spicy sauce was tangy and worked but the sandwich overall was lackluster. Fries as always are amazing.Ordered on the app went through what was a painfully slow wait. Then asked to park as they were waiting on fries. That's crazy for this chain but do have to say they were hot and delicious.A staple when it comes to fast food.
All I needed was 2 happy meals for the kids and since the drive thru is usually so slow, I went inside the lobby to order. I hate the way they handle lobby orders now.Not a single person even acknowledged that I was needing to order. At least 6 employees were at the front counter area but I guess they were concentrating on drive thru and mobile app orders. They must hope people get tired of waiting and use the kiosk to order, which I finally gave up and did... 15 minutes later, I finally got my order. But then had to ask for my drink cups when they didn't give them to me.As someone who used to work at this location years ago in high school.... We would have been in big trouble back in the day for letting things get this backed up and slow. Even worse that it STAYS this way all the time now. And the smell inside the lobby still makes me sick to the stomach. ?
We just left this McDonald's after waiting quite a bit for the cashier to get our order, we waited for fresh fries and the box was half full. Rough day?
You got somewhere to be within an hour? You want fresh hot food, your order prepared correctly the first time? Don’t go to this McDonald’s.
Don't ever pull forward when the ask you to! It took me 15 minutes to get my food and another trip around into the drive through to get it ?. The manager was rude and is not customer service oriented
After placing my order at drive thru I didn't get a receipt because they had ran out of receipt tape so OK, I let that go. Next, I pull forward to get my order and was asked to pull over and park and they would bring my order out. 15 MINUTES LATER I finally got my food, now you would think after that wait I would have hot, fresh, fries....! Cold, limp fries is what I got. ???Ugh!
Sat and waited for 20 minutes for a coffee and happy meal and they screwed both up. Ridiculous. Not to mention I was charged 3x for that one coffee. Go somewhere else.
Have to sit in the drive through for forever every time we go, and this is the fifth time in a row that they've rung the order up wrong AND messed up the food they rung up right. has to be the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to.
