I went through the drive thru this morning on my way to Little Rock for my babies doctor appointment and thought I’d be in and out of their drive thru. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I had 10 minutes to spare without being late and had been on the road over an hour before I chose to stop here. They first told me that they could not make a frappe because the machine was being cleaned(wondering why they don’t clean it at closing, but rather in the morning.. does it sit dirty all night??), then after I ordered I was in line for 10 minutes waiting to even pay.. I would be late if I waited any longer so I left.Definitely do not recommend stopping here for their drive thru if you have any place to be.
Worst McDonald's in the entire country. I have gone from sea to shining sea and this is the worst McDonald's in the United States. they're rude, and competent, disrespectful, and they're slower than snails. They have a line of cars all the way out to the street, they are packed to the brim of people in the lobby and they're just walking around like they have nothing to do. I saw an employee said a bag down and not call out the number and the customer waited for 25 minutes with their food sitting there getting cold. This is why no one wants to give you $15 an hour, you don't deserve it you don't work hard at all
By far the best management personnel! Alena, manager on lunch shift went above and beyond for her customer today when she did not have to. She helped me with card transaction and was super nice when I called to catch her name because I didn’t get it when I was in the drive thru. She knew the trouble I was having with my card and threw in a large fry that she didn’t have to. I really do appreciate that and thank you!
Waited 25 minutes for a Large Dr. Pepper in curbside. Multiple people who showed up after me received their food and drinks (which should take longer than filling a drink). When trying to call the restaurant, no answer each time. I ended up having to leave before receiving my order to get back to my lab at ATU. I didn’t want to enter the store because I had on muddy shoes from checking the cattle. Terrible service, luckily it was only $1 lost out on.
I go here often as it's the one on my way home from work. I have to check my bag ever single time because it's wrong 80% if the time. Nothing is ever done to compensate for all the lost time waiting and having to comeback to get the right order. I do not recommend this location if you can avoid it
I went through the drive through about 10pm and ordered a quarter pounder with NO cheese, pickles or onions.When i finally got to eat after i got home, i had cheese on both sides of my patty and nothing else but a squirt of ketcup. I paid $5.44 for something i dont like. At least the dog got to eat.
it was superingly good. All my food was hot. My order was correct. only reason it did not get 5 stars was the Team Members did not make me feel welcomed. It was if I was bothering them
This was the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been too. The main floor was sticky and dirty, the soda machine was completely flat to where I couldn’t even drink my Diet Coke, the French fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for awhile, the soda machines had sticky old spilled soda all over them and the counter and every employee in the store had their face mask down around their chin. We’re just passing through and am thankful we will never have to come back here again.
My food was great, and since my brother and I ordered the same thing, it was 100% correct, but I do have some complaints. The patties were thinner than on the advertising, and it took a while to get our order complete and through the window. Overall, a great place to eat, but only if you have the patience.
They have like 3 polite/professional people that work the breakfast shift. The rest either recklessly shove your things into your hands, causing you to almost drop it, or give so much attitude/indifference that its hard to not turn into a Karen. Seriously tho, would it kill y'all to say "Have a nice day" instead of "Ive got 10 seconds" *slams window in my face*I couldn't ask for sauces with my breakfast or anything, I was given absolutely zero chance to utter a word.
