Not bad. I tried it for the first time a few days ago, the service was prompt, the food was tasty and the price was reasonable. Don't expect a huge portion on your plate.
Friendly, knowledgeable. Vegetable chili is vegan friendly (staff verified). Manager did a great job of ensuring satisfied customer and floated throughout the store ensuring smooth operation (stepping in to clear tables, deliver orders to table). We both enjoy our experience.
Just left the restaurant. Order was incorrect and took it back to the counter. They brought the correct item eventually. The wait staff was rather rude when I questioned if I had been charged the wrong amount. I didn’t argue just clarified by saying that I didn’t know because I had no idea what we were charged for. THEN the RUDE wait staff started mocking me when she got back to the register LOUD enough for me to hear it. NEVER AGAIN! What a terrible experience!!
I did not get the side that I ordered. No big deal but it's really not that difficult to put in a salad. I didn't want fruit.

Dined in for lunch on 9/24; Half & Half with New York Sandwich was excellent, 1/2 Savannah Chopped salad was a good size, with great toppings and dressing. The SW Chicken salad was huge with good toppings, but lots of slimy lettuce & greens. Service was fast and efficient. However, This Mcallisters should more closely monitor the condition of the greens in salads
Fantastic place to eat! A must eat in russellville. MJ the head chief is the best in town!!!!
Any time that I want to eat out but am having issues with my stomach, McAlister's is the place that I visit. Their soup and salads are great and hit the spot any time, but especially when you're feeling puny.
