The staff has always been nice, but why is it always so filthy when I walk in? It doesn’t matter what time of day it is. The restaurant looks like it’s been neglected for years. I’m to the point where I don’t think I can continue to order food from a place where cleanliness isn’t remotely a priority. It would be nice to at least see some gloves being used.
I stood at the counter waiting for 12+ minutes, apparently I'm invisible. Workers walking by me, the workers in the back laughing having a great time. I finally called out for some help, asked the employee how long the wait for a Hot n Ready pizza would be, said he didn't know. He yeld in the back and asked how long the wait was, someone yelled back back "I don't, 45 min to an hour." And everyone off to the side working started busting up laughing.Alright tasting cheap pizza, the absolute worse customer service ?
I just walked out of this location... I placed my order @ 7 pm.... It's now 7:45... I was told it would be 15/20 mins for a pizza, wings, stuffed bread n crazy bread... 30 mins later I asked about my order... Mary the manager had it all sitting on a stack of new boxes except my stuffed bread sticks. When I asked her about my order she said not sure what to tell ya but we forgot to make something... Mary needs to be put back through training n the employees need to stop acting so childish....The lady working the counter was so nice and polite, she even kept asking about my food.. she had to keep asking for lots of help because she was doing the drive-thru and the counter by herself... We didn't get offered any type of refund no discount no nothing and my food would have sat sitting on the stack of boxes if I wouldn't have asked the lady at the front counter to please stick it in the warmer...
ok..I and my family enjoy this pizza for sure HOWEVER hot n ready means hot n READY!! it's false advertising if 4/5 times we go to get a hot n READY and we have to wait 25 or more minutes for pizza! and then after the wait..continue to wait because you can't find my car!? maybe magnets for waiting customers that identify their vehicle would be a smart thing BUT even better is to have pizza HOT AND READY..AS SUGGESTED BY YOUR COMMERCIALS AND ADVERTISING!!
Hot and ready pizzas are not often ready. This location also ignores in store customers for a bit and really focuses on the drive through, so be sure to opt for the drive through. Pizza is hit or miss.
On behalf of the Lord Jesus Christ through Tyson foods Incorporated we wanted to say thank you for helping us feed this Nation. The pizzas that you made for the Russellville garage at Tyson's were five stars. You are an amazing group of employees. Little Caesars is the lucky to have you. I hope they give you all a raise.
I've bought pizza from this little ceasers twice in like the last 6 months and both were the worst pizzas ever. There was almost no sauce and they had both obviously been on the warmer way too long. U guys used to mark the time a pizza cameout of the oven on the box. Until u start doing that again I will not buy ur pizza. Now I have to cook something edible for dinner and that really posses me off.
Husband and daughter got cheesy bread stick..sticks.. lunch didn't have any one hand had to wait a bit but was fresh out the oven. ??
I eat there at least once a week and I'm never disappointed ....on my way there right now actually :)
Didn't have enough hot n ready pizzas for the time of day I went. But we have had decent pizza by going that route before
