Ordered same sandwich this week and got something totally differentCalled to explain the problem and asked if I could bring it back to get the correct oneWas told no they will not replace it. Not good business practice at all and they are supposed to be good Christians.
Got a Reuben sandwich that looked like it was made by a 5yo, the meat(what little was there) tasted rank and the bread was mush on the inside. I took it back to get a refund, the manager refused although she didn't tell me that herself, she made the girl at the front tell me. Why would I want another sandwich with bad meat on it? This used to be my favorite and is gone so far down hill. I tried to tell someone else about it a couple weeks ago, we all had lunch and the food was terrible then. I thought it was just a bad day, now this. I will never go back.
I paid almost $10 for a handful of mashed potatoes with 5 small pieces bbq on top and a PRETZEL and caramel concrete. The pretzels were almost whole and all I could taste. Next time I want a potato it's Macalester's for me. My first time is my last. Sorry.
A small place to dine in, but a great place for value for the best Turtle Sundae and best server..I will be back?
After graduation, the family wanted dessert so we tried this place. They were busy but I didn't expect to be in the drive thru for 57 minutes. There's a reason for it though. You order at the window and the full menu is available so I understand the delay. Seemed well staffed and food looked good. Our sundaes and shakes were good. Prices very reasonable too. Next time, we will try the food and go inside.
