The owner herself can’t run this place. She has lost over 30 people due to her work environment. Shes now apparently banning the people who are quitting. This place has gone down hill so quick - all due to the owners. The grill guys can’t even properly cook a burger full thru. It’s usually half pink. I’d be checking!
NEW Just took my Grandson there for the first time he had been there will probably my last time, they gave someone else named Kim our food she took it out the door was gone probably 5 mins and then she brings it back into the restaurant and told them she had the wrong order, so they bring me that order, they told me they could only replace the burger that had been opened, well I’m sure she was eating the fries on her way out but they WOULD NOT replace my order
Excellent burgers and the chocolate pie is so yummy
Today's experience at Whataburger was a very fantastic one. Friendly and fast service with a smile. There's nothing better than sinking your teeth into a hot piping juicy burger filled with massive flavor. The french fries are ever so mouth-watering leaving you nothing but desire to wash it down with a ice cold Dr Pepper.
Always a fun time and great food! We live in east Arkansas and try to stop anytime we travel west on I-40. Food as good now as 30 years ago!
Cant go wrong with this Russellville classic. Best onion rings in town. Hard to say if the burgers are better than CJ's but it's definitely close.
As always the lunch special is great. Service was fast, place was clean and food was fresh and hot. The burger bun was a little old and flaking apart but I still ate because after all it is Whatta-Burger!
Normally this place is fire. But today, the buns are falling apart as if they were freezer burnt. The onion rings they normally use are apparently no longer in use, it’s just some of the worst food I’ve ordered from here. In 36 years. I’m actually disappointed. The only saving grace here was the peanut butter shake.
Okay let me say this. Back in the day their hamburgers were to die for. They would run down your arm with juices. But this trip our grandbaby wanted a milkshake so we get fries burgers and milkshakes. The burger was so dry I think it is the smallest Patty and the dryest burger I have ever tried to eat. I would love for the OLD Feltners would come back and remember their burgers back in the 70s and 80s.
The burgers were amazing!! Loved the chili cheese fries! To order, the young lady took what we requested and then, we paid at the register. When our order was complete, she brought it to our table. The prices were fair and our tummies were full!!I'm seriously wishing I had gotten the ice cream... but a fun delicious burger!! Thank you!
