Great food and great service!! ALWAYS
Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Party of 8(understand it’s a big party at a busy time.) In fact we was the first ones in. The. Two more parties of two come in. Took us an hour to get our food after having to ask for refills. The manger was rude and hateful when ask if she could help us get a refill due to our server taking several smoke breaks and NOT WASHING HER HANDS WHEN COMING BACK IN. Thankful for another waitress going out of her arena to help take care of us. While trying to check out our server yet outside for another smoke break could not help us do to the need of a smoke. The waitress frantically running to help us while taking care of her area then got chewed out for what was her managers fault. Note the manager sit at the cooks window cover saying with her boyfriend ( the cook). The manager proceeded to cuss at the waitress helping us also cussing us. She then went on to tell other customers she was sorry that we was rude people where we could hear it. So now upset i try to tell her I was not rude or demanding we had all been out of drinks for 20 so minutes. She cussed us and screamed from behind the bar. Needless to say after 2 hours we had piss pour service and a manager that cussed us and was extremely rude to the waitress that went out of her way to help us. The young lady was in tears because she had no help and was embarrassed due to her manager being extremely rude and cussing at customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I was greeted when I walked in. The hostess/waitress was very nice and helpful.Destinee the hostess/waitress took me to my booth and took my drink order.Then my waitress came and took my order.The order was brought out quickly and very hot. The meal was still cooking on the skillet.The food was hot and very tasty and fresh.The waitress checked on me several times and thanked me.The hostess (Destinee) took my payment and made sure I had a drink to go.Very good service all around. I definitely will be returning for another visit.
Very bad service. Cold food, got salad same time as the wrong cold food showed up. Manager came out and asked if their was anything else he could do for us. We asked him what he had done at all. He stood their speechless. Said truck drivers get a discount, which I did not and 2 hours later I got my food. Would not recommend. The little dish washer lady was more help than the manager.
Food was good, service was lacking. The only time I saw my waitress was when she took my order and when she brought my check. Also, they brought my order to the wrong person and he started eating it. I flagged down a different waitress and let her know. She apologized several times and had my order expedited. She checked on me a couple of times. I pulled her to the side and gave her a tip even though she wasn't my waitress. Took 40+ minutes to finally start eating.

Great atmosphere while dining! Two women greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked in! Manager Natasha was the main one assisting me that day and was fantastic. Took my order and got it going fast. We had a short wait. My daughter was given crayons and an activity sheet. Food was great also! Will be going back again.
One star because food was good. Service leaves much to be desired. If place was busy I could overlook slow service. There were maybe 10 people in restaurant and 5 of those were at one table.
Slow service. I ordered my food after getting back to my truck and opening it the food was discolored and tasted bad. Took it back in and they offered to make me something else so I agreed 45 minutes later I was still waiting for my sandwich. The lady that took my food then acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. Luckily another waitress seen me bring my food back and stood up for me. Sad situation
Serves sucks here, these girls are more worried about what they have going on then thier jobs. We sat for 15mins before anyone said a thing to us. Dear management, hire some grown ups. People who have bills are more worried about weather the customer is happy. The food & hostess saved the day. Amazing meal, and front staff greeted & sat us ASAP. Thanks for a good meal.
