The food wasn’t bad but I honestly felt uncomfortable eating it for fear of food poisoning. I regret not getting my hepatitis vaccine prior to coming here. The place was filthy. They appear to be fully staffed yet the floors look like they haven’t been swept or mopped in a week. I observed employees clean off counter tops with their hands instead of a clean rag with disinfectant. There was literally no clean place to sit. A visitors cup of coke sat in front of the dessert area for 10 minutes at least. Pizza on the ground was picked up by hand and honestly I have doubt that a hand was washed. Disgusting facility .disgusting.
Visited about 5:15pm on a Sunday evening and there wasn’t very many choices on pizza toppings. No specialty types of pizza just the regular pepperoni, cheese and sausage. Dessert pizza was sparse and the soda machine was out of ice for at lease 10 minutes. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a drink then come to find on my receipt I was charged $2.19 for a cup. Family of 4, 3 adults and 1 child and costed $40!! Not much flavor to the pizzas and the pasta looked like it had been sitting there for hours! To be totally honest it was my first time to ever visit a Cici’s and I will never go back!
A friend and I stopped in the Russellville location for lunch, when we walked in the guy that was working upfront seemed really nice, the cost of the buffet wasn't worth it, there was only 6 things on the salad bar to choose from and on the pizza bar, they only had 3 pizzas out and they were almost gone, the floors were atrocious, I will never go and eat there again
Very clean, staff was friendly, and food was okay. My little liked the shooting game but was disappointed in the overall experience in the arcade just because he didn't get prizes for playing games. For the Russellville area it is one of the few places with kids in mind.Staff runs around trying to make sure everything stays stocked up and it stays very clean even when the place is packed. You can tell everyone works hard to maintain this restaurant.
It's a nifty place. Had never been before. Staff was friendly and food was decent. My toddler and enjoyed it. The only thing that set it back was the high chairs were super nasty.
I love their food but they rarely ever answer their phone when I call. I call several times and no answer. It’s kind of really annoying…
I loved it ? its great that they are willing to make a pizza if you dont see any you like on there buffet ?
Good place for kids fairly cheap if you gotta group to feed, though you'll probly end up spending what you could have saved on game machines
Really love Cicis. Wish you would get one back in Conway. Long drive but worth going.
The pizza was NOT done. The bar was empty. Desert wasn't done. Salad was so old it was turning brown. There was no noodles or Alfredo Sauce nor any soup or dipping sauce. So in other words it was nasty. To top it all off it was not even busy. There may have been 10 people in there max.
