I can honestly say I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant. I used to have access to 10 or more different Chili's and they were all excellent restaurants, but this one is hit and miss. I found that pickup / togo is almost always problematic if not a bad experience. 2 days ago I went in about 2:00 p.m. and we couldn't get anybody to take care of us. We waited almost 30 minutes just to get seated. We usually get the same waitress and she is excellent, but she is one of the few workers that take pride in the operation of this restaurant. As an online user I had received a free appetizer and I get one about every week from Chili's because they say they want my business. However they were out of the appetizer I wanted, which was chips + queso, but they wouldn't allow me to substitute it for anything else. This seemed ridiculous as they were out of about 15 different items. The manager was rude and would not even come over to our table and talk to us face to face. As I left with a receipt I saw that they charged me full price for the appetizer I ordered even though I had the online coupon. This bill was $7 higher than it should have been and was the main reason we went in that particular day was to use this reward incentive.Do not take your hard earned money to this restaurant until they get an attitude change and strive to make better quality food, and in the more timely fashion.Scott
Food was some what good. There just wasn't any. Our waitress gave us a long list of food items that they were totally out of. Them what we ordered took for ever to get. She forgot to give us any napkins. I had to get the hostess to get them for us. And when it came time for our bill we were charged for a cookie dessert we didn't order. And it was like because we only has two people in our party she didn't check on us like she did the others who were big families.
Went in today for lunch with mom. I ordered the wings. They came out cold. I told Jordan our server he snatched the plate from the table he said he would tell the cook. He then brought my plate back same wings was re-dropped with the sauce already on them. Which made for a hard extra crunchy wing that wasn't good. Also asked for a tea unsweetened and he sent a runner with a sweet tea. That wasn't all that big of a deal. The problem was when he got mad that I asked for another unsweetened tea.
This was the worst experience dining out. It took 30 minutes to have our order taken when there was hardly anyone there. Took even longer to get our food, and it was all cold and looked like leftovers heated up from fridge. They continued to get our drinks wrong. They tried to serve us food we didn't order and an alcoholic beverage we didn't order. We were finally ready to check out and our tickets was completely wrong. It had drinks and food we didn't order. It took FIVE tries to get the ticket right. Then the kiosk died when they tried to check us out. Our tickets was still wrong when we checked out, but we were told it was cheaper to just keep it wrong and pay for the items that were on there than to pay for the food we ordered. (It was cheaper, but it was the absolute biggest mess I've ever been apart of.) Will probably never go back unless its a last resort. It took at least 30 min to get our order taken, probably 35-40 minutes to get the food that was NOT fresh, and 20-25 min to get our check sorted (which ended up still being wrong.)
This was the first time I had been to chili’s in a while we had to wait for about 30 minutes because we had an inordinate amount of people for our party. The server Meghan was nice and efficient in getting our drinks and orders. The food was fresh and hot, good restaurant good food and good service
Was really good I loved it only reason it didn't get five or as because they had a glitch in there system so our ticket didn't get sent but after that was sorted out we got our food in five minutes.

This location is cutting hours due to severe understaffing. That being said, the experience is still the same Chilis it always is. The hostess looked exhausted (and I'm pretty sure the manager made her stay over. We heard him yelling at her in the parking lot when we came in.) I'm not counting off on their rating because the employees are doing their best with what they have.
They are closing early for 2weeks. Didn't know ahead of time. Took a cab there. Arrived at 7:25. They tried to be accommodating but it was clear they wanted to go home.
Me and my daughter went and got the 2 for 25 food was great we were seated right away servers were ok not really attentive but overall food was cooked perfectly it was a good deal for the money
